Description of Work: He replaced hardware and locks on 4 doors with super secure and attractive hardware and locks. I am very happy with what he did. The price seemed a little high but I have nothing else to compare it to. Anyway, I am really happy to have my lock issues solved.

Description of Work: They quoted me a starting price around $45 plus a call fee. Of course, my lock was one that needed "special equipment." That equipment consisted of nothing more than two hand tools that damaged my door frame and took two minutes to unlock, at the most. The person that arrived looked to be high school age and brought a friend with them since he was on call. He also did not ask me for ID. Can just anyone hire someone to open doors without proof you aren't letting a theft into the home?

Description of Work: Fixed deadbolt lock key would not unlock. Once door was opened it showed sighs of an attempted break in. The lock we previously purchased from them did it's job and prevented entry into our home.

Description of Work: I had 2 deadbolts rekeyed to the same key. They were very fast at completing the work and it was done well.

Description of Work: $105 for rekeying 3 locks that was to be done for the $29 that I purchased through Angie's List. The $29 purchase was misrepresented.

Description of Work: I got a quote over the phone for replacing the front door lock. I provided the new lock and door handle to replace a similar type already on the door. All I needed was to have the old lock removed and the new one installed. When the installer arrived, the price tripled. I already paid the service call through Angie's List so I was stuck.

Description of Work: Installed new deadbolt and door handle, and re-keyed all locks. They were quick, professional, and polite.

Description of Work: For added security, I had them install a second single-sided deadbolt in each of my downstairs exterior doors. ABC was great! On time, quality workmanship, professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I changed out four locks and had 4 keys made. It was my fault for not asking how much the extra 4 keys were going to cost. If I would have known I would have just made the keys somewhere else.
