Service & quality was excellent! Although I hadn't realized that the price would be quite that much, maybe I just don't know the going rate. I bought the hardware directly from them which was convenient. The locksmith provided a couple options in regard to the price and product & explained everything well. The locksmith was on time, v. polite and professional. I'm very satisfied with the product and service & would recommend them without hesitation. On an additional note, I have had keys duplicated as a walk-in @ their shop & the keys always work on the first time, as compared to key duplications at some discount stores that need to be returned bcs they don't work and you have to take them back.

tech tried to adjust strike by adding spacer but the work wasn't great, and it failed after a fairly short time. Recently, had another locksmith (found on Angie's list) to deal with it, and got the job done right this time.

I called them because I didn't have the right key to get into my house. He didn't try to break into the door but we got in and opened the door from the inside. I asked him to go through the bathroom window and he opened the door. The key could not be copied, I would've had to replace the whole lock. He was nice and I'm happy I could get their help on the weekend.

The installer was very professional, efficiently installing a high-quality deadbolt lock in my front door in December of 2012. But the true professionalism of ABC Locksmiths came ten months later in October, 2013. During those ten months, I had only used the key to enter the house approximately four times, usually entering and exiting by car from the garage. Unfortunately, on the 4th key entry, the cylinder came out of the lock, stuck to the key. I was horrified. But once I explained the situation to them, and even though the 90-warranty period was long over, ABC Locksmiths replaced the cylinder at no cost to me. As a senior citizen living on a fixed income, I will be forever grateful to them for this service.

The office called on the first day my appointment was scheduled to say their technician was running late and gave me the choice of waiting or changing our appointment. We rescheduled for the following day knowing it was a big job. The office called to tell us he was on the way and he arrived shortly thereafter well within our arranged time limits. Josh was most professional, polite, clean cut and articulate. It took almost three hours for him to dismantle and rekey so many locks. I was very pleased with the results, and with all our interactions. At my request, Josh explained what would be involved should we ever wish to upgrade to the highest security lock system, advised against using the patio door locks in favor of the front and back doors as the patio locks are a less reliable brand. I highly recommend ABC. I used them twice in the 90's, for a car lockout and after a burglary and again three years ago for re-keying locks, and I recommend them highly for both emergency and scheduled lock work.

Very punctual and efficient. Asked if we wanted to upgrade the deadbolt locks but was not pushy. We did not upgrade and he did a good job and a good attitude.

He was very cheerful and confident. He worked very quickly quickly. He worked very hard and efficiently and I was happy with the results.

He was on time, he was pleasant, he just told me the lock could be like $500 and I was like "Oh, I could do it myself for $150."

I had 3 different locks through out the house. I called ABC locksmith to change all the locks to one master key. They gave me an estimate the same day as the service. He worked on the locks inside his work van.

I needed a key that had broken off in my lock, removed. They showed up and told me that they would want another $350 to remove the key. I told them don't bother. Their bait and switch hustlers that don't honor their commitments.

They arrived on time. A complicated locking system that they handled very well. Explained precisely what the issue was and how they were going to correct it.

It went well. He was very punctual. He also was able to add extra locks as requested.

They contacted me immediately and came out the next day. Technician was on time and finished quickly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. They came out within a week of the purchase. The price was worth it. They're very responsive, professional and punctual.

Moved in a new home and wanted locks re-keyed. ABC gave me an up sell which I purchased, of a higher grade lock on my doors then the basic existing doors (harder to pick). Did this on three doors and he installed a key code lock for garage door (I had the lock). Did a fast and good job. Be ready for the up sell of putting better locks on your doors then the neighbors, burglars will go to the easiest home......

Went well. Of course, there were additional charges above and beyond the "deal".

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They upsold us. I don't know if they were supposed to do that or not, I guess so. I think the locks we got were good. The person was personable. She was a woman of not too many words. It was interesting to have a woman locksmith. She used the $75 for the cost of the service call and she gave us 2 quality deadbolt locks. It costed more than I expected.

Could not use. House was not ready when expired. Got refund but Angie's list keeps emailing me for a reiew

I called them in the evening and they came out the next morning. They were really fast. They did the work and they did it well. It was a simple transaction.

Called them around 2PM and ask that they fix the lock before 5PM that day. Both Adam and Manny came about 3PM and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. This is the best service that we have ever had in the 13 years that we have lived here. As a first time Angie's List user, they also gave us a 20% discount on their reasonable charge of $ 85. They have earned our future business.

ABC Locksmiths was excellent! No additional costs with the Big Deal purchase.
