Description of Work: I thought I had a serious leak. They checked everything and found out I had a very wet gardner. They laughed and didn't charge me a dime. When I get done with the bathroom improvement I'll have them install the watersoftener and hot water tank, my idea, not theirs. Very polite and helpful.

Description of Work: Trouble with the tank--inside flush valve was broken. Called at 11:30 am. The plumber was here by 12"20 pm. and finished the job in 20 minutes--very professional and thorough.Would use again. The dispatcher stated the plumber would be here between 12-2; the dispatcher was friendly and warm and efficient.

Description of Work: My water softener was leaking a great deal from a connection at a bolt and flooding my garage, so it was an emergency on a weekend. The technician was professional and courteous, but I feel that the extra charge was exorbitant. I was able to use my Angie's list coupon for this company, however, in order to save $10 since I was a first time client (regular weekend charge is $157.00). It took the technician less than 10 minutes to solve the problem...the bolt simply needed to be tightened. I understand that this was a weekend, and an emergency, but shouldn't there be some flexibility in charging under such circumstances? I felt robbed, since I had no choice. I might use them again, but in the meantime I'll check other companies and their rates, keep them in a file, and call someone else if and when a plumbing emergency arises again. Unfortunately, I didn't have that info on hand and had to grab the first company I saw.

Description of Work: Replaced our 30 year-old 40-gallon water heater with a 50-gallon(as no 40's were to be found in town that day). We have solar panels on the roof that generate most of our hot water, so he also put a new air release valve on the pipe connecting them together. He also had to re-do some of the plumbing. All-in-all, Carlos made 3 trips to get parts after he first arrived and before the job was finished.

Description of Work: This company had an appt with me at 7:30 a/m, by 9:00 a/m, no one had showed up. I called to see what happened and was told they sent me a voice mail saying they would be late due to company pictures being taken. She said the serviceman was on his way. I called again around 9:45 a/m and asked where he was, she did not know, called again at 10:30 and said he was still not there, I was told this call was referred to his supervisors, finally around 10:45 I received a call from serviceman saying he would be there in about 45 minutes, waited until noon and still no sign of serviceman. Called the company saying how disappointed I was with the way they handled the whole situation and that I would be reporting an unsatisfactory report to your list. I would not recommend this company for any work as they did not respond in a satisfactory manner.

Description of Work: Emergency plumbing repair after hours, there was a bad leak under kitchen sink in an upstairs condo unit.

Description of Work: Replaced a copper pipe junction that was leaking.

Description of Work: We have a septic tank and they fixed an issue that led to our two toilets and bathtubs backing up.

Description of Work: I called Monday morning, March 17. Was told someone would be out that afternoon. Nobody came. I called again Tuesday, the 18th. Was told someone would get right back to me. I called again Wednesday afternoon, but the office had closed and I got their answering service. The lady there told me she would relay a message to have them call me in the morning. I waited until nearly 10 Thursday morning and then called another company. My wife got a call late Friday afternoon--and informed them the work had already been done by the other company.

Description of Work: Tony replaced a cartage to the hall bath with a 1225 it was leaking bath facet.

Description of Work: Remove old reverse osmosis under sink unit. Replace with Lowe's reverse osmosis 4 stage unit.

Description of Work: We had a blown bladder in our 16 year old water softener. With all the lines in the house clogged up with residue, Abbot Plumbing came out and showed us how to clean the filters and what parts to buy that would save us the most money. They provided us with parts to do it ourselves and they recommended a new water softener to replace to old one (cost approx $1000-1795). We are pleased to order our new softener through Abbot and have them install it as they were the 100% reliable and professional.

Description of Work: The old hot water tank needed to be replaced by them. The old one was about eight years old and it just gave out. We had a new thirty gallon tank installed for our 1200 square foot home.

Description of Work: These guys installed a reverse osmosis system under the sink and a crystal purifier in the garage.

Description of Work: They re-did our entire plumbing system from underneath our house because I had a pipe bust.
