Description of Work: I called them because I bought a home with a Hot Tub. The hot tub would not run. They charge $80 just to come look at it and the money would go towards the repair. When they got here they open the panel and tested to see if it was getting power, it was but nothing was working. Then he told me that the circuit board must be dead and that it wasn't worth the money it would cost to fix it. First he said he dosen't think he would be able to get the part because Coleman is no longer in business, then he said that the circuit board for this tub would cost around $1300 and that I would be better off buying a new one. I said I would think about it and he said ok and that I only had to pay him $55 because of the bad news he gave me. After he left I felt I had nothing to lose so I took off the panel and started to look around myself. There was a group of line going from the transformer to the circuit board. When I touch the line I started to get a clicking sound. Then i move them around and the tubs jets went on. I disconnected the lines and sprayed some contact cleaner into them and the hot tub has worked since then.

Description of Work: Jason arrived early, he was very polite.My #1 pump was bad (I had figuered that out on my own). So Jason came prepared with pump options for me to choose. I choose the refurbished pump. He worked quickly to replace the pump, and answered all my questions. He even adjusted my settings to save me money on my energy bill. My tub is running great. I will always call A&G from now on!
