Did extra work at reasonable cost

We had 4 trees that really needed to be trimmed. In fact, we thought that 1 was really in bad shape and may die. It's bark was brittle and the branches were sagging. The others simply needed to be trimmed. The gentleman did a GREAT job! The ones that he trimmed look better than ever! His work on the problem tree was simply amazing as today, the bark is fine and branches are full and green.

Excellent job. Claude called to arrange to cut the trees between 1-3 on 9/6. On that morning he called to see if he could come early as he had a cancellation. That worked out very well. He completed the work, cleaned up the area and hauled away all the debris. I'm very satisfied with the work and will recommend his services to anyone who asks about tree service.

It was satisfactory and the price was within the scope of the agreement. They did what they said they would do. They did it for what they said they would do it for.

He got the job done and I wasn't very happy with his additive or his cons. There was another tree service that gave me a bid of 175$ to remove the tree. This guy shows up, he wants the 99$ plus another 200$ to remove the tree and I told him no. He find me went ahead and removed it for 99$. His partner talking to him lot enough for me to hear, all I see this is gonna be one that I am doing for nothing. They got the job done, took it less than 30 minutes and left it clean. The job was fine and he showed up on time.

Service performed on time and as promised.

They accomplished the task with very little damage to surrounding vegetation, and broke only a few tiles on the roof. This was not an easy job - this was a big tree with lots of limbs very close to my house. Many large limbs hung over my roof. They hauled off all the wood and did a good job at cleaning up. I found Claude to be very responsive and accomplished what we agreed he would do.

I bought a Big Deal coupon from them. I had to pay more than $99. I don’t know if it was reasonable. I was satisfied and it was just that it was more than the projected price. They had to do more work than projected.

He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. Gave us great info on what needed to be done and made an appt. to do it. They trimmed, shaped the trees and cleaned up the mess and carried it off for disposal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends. The date and cost are approximate because I couldn't remember when it was done/cost. I know I thought it was reasonable. Again, happy with Angie's List

It worked out well. They did what they advertised, they trimmed the trees and they seemed very knowledgeable about how to trim the trees so I wasn't telling them their business they were the experts. The tree had a lot of dead growth on it and they got most of it, not all of it. They also cleaned up after themselves so I'm pretty satisfied.

Arrived as scheduled in fact early. They trimmed and cut 4 trees as I wanted. Made sure the area was cleared of waste. Completed the job in record time, it was a very hot day here. This was one of the best service Provider that I have used. Will call again if needed, all I can say it was A-1 service.

AAA not only had an outdated voicemail message, a crew that looked picked up from a hardware lot (no uniforms), but they didn't have the right equipment. We were charged $475 for three trees, one less than we had done last year. We removed one, and they still wanted $425. They broke one of our landscaping lights and butchered a tree.

.Provider was rude from initial call. Wanted to know how I'd gotten a coupon all the way over here in Silverado Ranch when he usually worked in North Las Vegas or Summerlin. Said if he hadn't had a large job over here he wouldn't even come over here. When I told him palms needed cutting, he waid he would only go up to 25 feet. None of this was specified on the coupon. By none of this I mean, no area of town, no height restriction, etc. When I asked him about pulling out the stump for the shrub, he said he would charge me extra. I told him to leave it in. Then he was nasty about the fact that they found bees in the palms. I didn't know there were any bees. I was very solicitious about it, asking if they had been stung, etc. They said no, but were still nasty. Owner said he wanted a good review at the $200 price. I give the real review. I would NOT have him back, nor recommend him. They did not go over the property to see if they had missed anything, which they did...I went around, picking up tree branches they had cut and left lying on the ground, etc. All, in all, not a very professional job.

Claude was great. He actually was in the area when I first called and came over to give me an estimate. Showed up on time the following Saturday and completed the job quickly and did a great job. I would use him again wiht out question.

He was great. Cleaned up really well.My only problem is now because of Sundays windstorm he has to come over and help me as big branch broke with the storm but he said he would be here.

AAA Professional Tree Service came out to do the work, but he wasn't happy with it, because it was too far out of his area. They did good service. He just complained about why you guys sent him this far out. He wasn't happy, because he lives on the other end of town. I said, "That's not my fault. I don't know where you live." He had a bad attitude.

Arrived at the designated time. Proceeded to cut down the palms to the ground level and ground the stumps to below ground level. The owner, Claude, and his employee worked non stop until completion of the project.

Claude and his employee arrived an hour early, worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up all branches. My son in law just put in a stone wall around the front yard near where the tree was and they didn't do any damage to it at all. Very pleased with work and cost.

It was 116 degrees at 1 PM on the day he arrived. I offered to change the date of service, but Claude wanted to get the job done. He and 1 helper trimmed 3 trees as requested in about a little over an hour. I only requested that he leave the cut branches on tarps on the ground as we have a way to dispose of them. Claude even pointed out errors I had made in previous trimmings. He would have probably charged more if he had to load and cart the trimmings to the dump, but he did have a trailer to haul away the trimmings if requested. So to potential buyers of his, or any tree services, be sure you understant and agree with Claue on all aspects of the service he is to provide, ie: trimming, loading and removal, hauling, disposal (dump fee), and stump grinding if you are removing a whole tree. I do not have any complaints about his work. I perhaps wasn't clear on how high I wanted the trees trimmed and 1 was a left a little to low, but when pointed out, he quickly trimmed the tree to my satisfaction.

Claude and his helper came on two very hot and humid days. Claude was amazing to watch as he cut these trees down. Two of them hung over the wall and he worked with the neighbors to see that everything in their yards got removed and cleaned up. I didn't have any worries. He had to remove three of the trees around a hot tub enclosure without a scratch. I can't say enough positive about their work.

Communications were excellent. Left a message and the call was promptly returned and an appointment set. Claude was punctual for the appointment and we discussed the pending work. On the day of the service, Claude and his helper were well equipped, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. I was especially impressed that when I mentioned that I was concerned about possible damage to my artificial turf, Claude brought blankets to lay around the tree trunks so that the dropping cut fronds would not do damage. I thought the whole thing went well and I would certainly recommend him to anyone and I will be glad to have his help in the future.

My neighbor has humongous elm trees with branches that hang over his wall onto my property and fill my pool with leaves. Because he was offering a great coupon for what I needed done I called Claude of AAA Tree Services. From the initial conversation to the end of the job, Claude was wonderful. He cut branches and removed debris so that my yard was as neat as it was before he started the job. He was extremely friendly, courteous and completed the job in a very timely manner.

He called me in advance to see the tree and set an appointment. He was quick and cleaned it up, very nice man. I would use him again!

They came out on time. Removed the trees quickly and efficiently. When they left, youcouldn't tell that they or the trees had been there. Good job!

Fine. Although his price with the coupon turned out to be the same as another quote I had previously receive with someone else. So, I really didn't save any money. But, I was satisfied with the service. They finished the job earlier than anticipated. Would use again.
