They arrived on time and began work right away. during trimming claude asked me several times if i wanted anymore taken off or out. they worked quickly and professionally. they cleaned up very thoroughly. the work was done to our satisfaction. we would recommend them.

When he came to give an estimate, Claude was hesitant to match the price I had received from two competitors, but finally did. I decided to hire him. He showed up on the appointed day with a worker on time and went to work. They both worked very hard from about 8:30 AM to 2 PM. Claude was visibly tired....not surprising since it was a difficult job! My neighbor was helpful, allowing him to put his chipper/ladder truck on their property since it would be closer to some of the trees he was pruning. They chipped the debris and cleaned up nicely. At the end he started telling me that I had agreed to do this tree and that tree and that he shouldn't have had to do those, but that was not the original agreement at all! ADVICE: For any contractor, make sure you both agree on the EXACT scope of the job when they come to give an estimate! I paid him more than he had agreed to. I was very pleased with the service, except for the change of attitude at the end. He did an excellent job, and I am happy with the results.

Claude and his partner arrived on time and spent the day at our house. The two trees removed were in the back yard. They had to use ladders, ropes, and chain saws for the job. They were organized and skilled in their work. Considering that all the debris had to be hand carried out of the back yard, they did a fantastic job! I did not find any leftover branches, nor any property damage. On top of that, they are nice guys. I highly recommend AAA Professional Tree Service. Job well done!

Claude was on time, and my neighbor even came out and he trimmed some of HIS trees!! Very professional and friendly, and he and his assistant went to work immediately and finished in a timely manner. He asked us what we wanted done to 3 large trees. We asked him to trim them substantially. He offered expert advice to help us make decisions. The result was exactly what we were looking for. Very professional.

I was very happy with Claude and his company. He responded quickly to my inquiry and came out the next day to give me an estimate. I accepted and asked him to do the work as quickly as possible. He said he would arrive sometime the following afternoon. He got here right when he said he did. He asked me if I had any changes before he started. I told him no and he began to cut. He did what I wanted, but then he called me out again to look at the work and see if I was happy with how much he'd trimmed and if I wanted him to trim more. I felt he'd done well and told him so. He cleaned up was gone quickly. I was very pleased with his professional ability, his courteousness and his prompt attention. I'd hired him again.

It went great! He and his helper came out the next day and got the work done in the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I would use them again.

Claude Langlois and a helper showed up earlier than expected. They did their job with precision, and I was happy with the results. Except for a couple of oil spots on the pavement in front of my home, because of a faulty wood chipper, it went well. I will use AAA Professional Tree Service again.

He gave me the estimate, then said that he could do the job, right then. That was a nice surprise. One hour from the time he called to say that he was on the way, he had the job finished. And it was service with a smile. I'm very satisfied.

It was good. There were 2 trees and I sent them pictures of the trees and they were 20 to 25 feet high. I think the pricing was fair. I would consider using them again. They did a good job. They were polite and courteous.

MET WITH AAA AND REVIEW WHAT WAS NECESSARY, AFTER ABOUT AN TWO, RETURNED AND ALL WORK WITH CLEAN-UP WAS COMPLETED

All went well except that there were rosemary plants around the mesquite trees that prevented them from cutting the stump flush with the ground. The only reason I gave a "B" for the price is that when they bid the job, it was obvious that cut tree branches would have to be dragged or carried from the back of the house through 2 gates past the pool and through 1 gate to the front driveway. I live in a golf course community and I was able to "borrow" one of the maintenance carts that I parked on the cart path behind my house. This allowed them to carry and drag the branches approximately 30 feet, load onto the maintenance cart and then drive around to their truck parked in the front of my house. I think this really saved them some time and effort and although I didn't ask for a discount, they didn't offer one.

I have many trees in my yard that needed to be cut back and he did it all the same day. Of course, I knew there would be an extra charge as the Angies list price would never have covered all the work, but the charge when he quoted it, was exactly what I had expected it to be. |He did a great job and my trees look so much better, and when the wind blows I don't have a lot of dead branches all over the place!!!

They came out and seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, I wanted the trees trimmed and manicured/topped. The estimate didn’t include the topping. I wasn’t happy with the way the trees were done, so they came back out, but they didn’t have equipment like lifts or ladders. They were very expensive and I wouldn’t use them again.

Claude explained his schedule to me and worked with me to meet at a convenient time for an estimate. When he came out he was prompt and professional. He was able to start the work that day. He and his assistance worked quickly and completed the work to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and we are pleased with the trimmings. I would definitely call upon AAA in the future for my tree services.

Went great. Trees look great, everything removed and cleaned up.... Even raked the yard when done. Was careful and polite. Answered my stupid questions about trees and gave advice for care of the trees. Two neighbors came over wanting their card to contact them for their trees.

Claude was very professional. He contacted me and came out to the property to review the scope of the job and provide me with an estimate. We then scheduled a date and time for the work to be completed. One the day of the appointment, he showed up at the time he said he would and got right to work. In just under 2 hours, everything was complete including all of the cleanup. He helped to educate me on what I could do to care for my trees as well as indicate when would be a good time of year to have the service performed again. As a new homeowner, I appreciated his advice and professional manner. I would absolutely recommend him and I intend to use his service in the future.

Claude contacted me promptly after the coupon purchase and completely the work today. He went well beyond what I expected, expertly trimming a tangled problem tree which was crushing our camper roof & creeping into the neighbor's yard. AAA tree service was prompt, polite and very professional- getting the work done quickly which was amazing considering the size of the job. It was an early Christmas gift. He did a great job on the trees. He also cut out some roots that were coming though the grass n the lawn. He also advised me to get some tree medicine for my tree. Very good work. Peggy Valentine

The owner returned my call in a timely manner, came out the next day to give me an estimate. I asked how fast he could do the job and he said within a week once I confirm. Once I did, they arrived on time, with a team and two trucks. All were very hard workers. Once a branch or limb hit the ground--it was picked up to be grounded. I made special request (wanted a few logs, some mulch, etc.) and they were very accomdating. Neighbors could not believe they did the job in two days! No deposite was required, and full payment was made once the job was finished. The owner believes in discounting those who use Angie's list, and I believe him for the other two estimates were one and a half or double the price. I highly recommend them for any tree service.
