Description of Work: We have never used AAA Professional Tree Service, so we called to have Claude come out and give us an estimate. Claude came out to give us an estimate to trim our 30 year old mulberry tree. Our tree has been "nubbed" in the past and all we needed to have done were taking off all of the thin branches from the large branches. He explained how nubbing is not good for the tree and would not do the work. We were not asking to have it NUBBED any further only the small branches taken off the larger branches. He said he has been trimming trees for 30 years. He also said the other tree trimmers, who would do the work we wanted to have done, would do it for the money. We have NEVER had a company come out to our home and REFUSE to do a job.

Description of Work: There was a tree in the front yard that had 3 large, dead branches . He took all three of them out and cleaned up the area.

Description of Work: We had a big tree and a Sago Palm that needed to be removed at a home in Las Vegas that is currently being leased out. This company correlated their appt. time with our renter. It was reported back to us that they were very professional, did the work quickly and did an excellent job taking all the debris from the tree removal with them. Our fee was $1,100 .

Description of Work: "We paid $1,000 to have one tall tree and one medium size Sago Palm tree removed from our front yard in Del Webb Summerlin. When grinding the tree stump, evidently the vibration of the machine caused the one water pipe in our yard sprinkling system to break. The workman told our tenant that the breakage was not his fault because the pipes were supposed to be buried deeper in the ground than they were. Our tenant called us because when the water timer turned on, water was shooting out of the broken pipe. We in turn had to call our regular gardner service to replace the broken pipe. |Our tenant told us that AAA did a good job and cleaned up after themselves after cutting down the trees, but I feel maybe they should/could have been more helpful when the pipe broke because of their grinding machine vibrating even if the water pipe had not been buried as deep as it should have been."

Description of Work: I've used this service before. I have Claude come out and prune the tree in my front yard as well as trim one of my neighbor's trees (with permission). Claude was prompt and professional and I will continue to use his company for my landscaping needs.

Description of Work: I had them cut down a tree for the $99 special. They response was timely and they got the job done quickly. It was worth it to me to pay them to get the tree down even though I had to do most of the cleanup.

Description of Work: Trimmed 2 queen palms, 4 Mexican palms; one which was very large (9') and overgrown, 1 pineapple palm including shaping of trunk, cut 1 red fruitless plum tree down. Removed all trimmings from my property. Very fast and efficient.

Description of Work: After waiting for provider to contact me, I called to see if I could set an appointment. The provider said he couldn't set an appointment because of a "backlog of work". I finally negotiated an appointment for the 12th of August at 8 AM but the provider was a no show. I then contacted Angie's list to start the refund process.

Description of Work: The service provider came out to my house, looked at the palm tree, said it was too tall, and they didn't have the equipment to cut down a tree that tall.
