Mike, the business owner, answered my call this morning, made time to come by and doing a diagnostic inspection and do a same-day repair on our 10-year old Maytag washing machine. All elements of his visit and transaction were superb. He was most professional, a most refreshing experience!

Answered phone when called but couldn't talk. Called back when he said he would. Service call next day. Called when on way; arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed problem and repaired. Would not hesitate to request repair of other household appliances if required in the future.

Mike was awesome. I was afraid that I was going to have to replace my fridge. My line was frozen. He was able to de-ice my drain and fix the evaporator, all without needing to replace any parts! And now my fridge is working again.

Mile the technician was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and work efficiently and effectively. Would ask for him by name if another appliance issue arises.

I contacted several companies in the Las Vegas Valley (all from Angie's List), only AAA One Stop had an opening on Saturday. I was given a 3-5 pm window. However, due to it being very busy, the technician Mike contacted me around 5 pm to advise that he was still finishing up a previous job. He started work on my unit just after 6 pm. Ordinarily, I would have complained about the tardiness, but it was Super bowl weekend and he was very professional and personable and he immediately diagnosed the problem and finished the job within an hour. He also provide tips on preventive maintenance. He advised that he still had two more jobs that evening but was willing to work as late has it took to get to the last two jobs (as long as his customers didn't mind). Replacement of the unit would have cost in excess of $1,200 but he repaired my unit for much less. Great job, would definitely use him again.

I phoned AAA One-Stop Appliance Service and spoke with Mike. After telling him that our 20-year old oven quit working during a baking procedure he said he believed he knew what the problem was, and told me how much it would cost for parts and labor to repair the oven. He gave me his earliest appointment time for the next day. During that 2-hour range he phoned me to tell me he was on the way, and he arrived within the appointment time. He quickly went to work to confirm the problem and make the necessary repair with a new part to replace the original part that finally quit on us. The entire time he was here he was very professional and polite to us two senior citizens. At no time did he try to talk us into any additional services or charge us more than he told me on the phone. We were very pleased and impressed with his service and will definitely phone him first the next time we need any large appliance repaired.

Mike is a total pro! Quoted me $40 for the service call to come out and see what was wrong with my oven as my renter claimed it was not heating up over 200 degrees. Mike came out and after about 10 minutes knew it was the control panel. Gave me a quote and wrote the part number down for me. I agreed. Went home and looked the part up myself and was pleasantly suprised to find out it was exactly what Mike said it would be, plus his labor and tax. He also waved the $40 service call fee since I agreed to the work which I thought was very nice. 2 days later the new part was in and it took about 45 minutes. He also took the time to point out cleaning tips for the inside of the oven and the cook top. Looking for an honest guy who knows what he's doing, look no further. Mike's the guy!

I called, no one answered, I left phone messages, no one every called me back.

On January 3, 2018, our Whirlpool washing machine, which is at least ten years old, stopped pumping water out during the rinse and spin cycles. The following day, I searched Angie’s List and called Mike Camel at AAA One Stop Appliance Service because of their rating and numerous positive reviews. Per Mike’s voice mail, I sent him a text at about 12:25 PM describing the problem and the location of the unit. He was available that afternoon (January 4th) and arrived at the house around 4 PM. After checking out the washer, he informed me that it would need a new transmission unit and he could get a rebuilt one and install it the following afternoon at an estimated cost of about $296. After showing him a 10% Angie’s List discount coupon I printed from his website, he adjusted the price down to about $266. Mike came by about 4 PM the following day (January 5th) and installed the rebuilt transmission. Our laundry room is not very large, so it was a rather arduous task. Unfortunately, the washer still didn’t work properly after the installation of the rebuilt transmission. In short, Mike spend the next hour and a half dismantling the whole washer to diagnose the problem. After installing several new parts, he informed me that there was something wrong with the transmission unit he had just installed and that he would have to replace it with another one the following day. That evening, I text’d Mike and inquired as to the cost of a new transmission unit. After quoting me $60, I authorized him to proceed with the repair using a new transmission. At about 4 PM on Jan 6, Mike installed the new transmission and the washer worked just fine. Even though he had installed several other new parts on the previous day, Mike only charged me extra for the new transmission over the original estimated cost. Total cost of the repair ended up being $326. Even though the work extended to three days, I was impressed with his knowledge of appliances, his work ethic, and his honesty. I learned a lot about washers and some of our other appliances while he was working at our house. I will definitely be using Mike again and will refer him to our friends and relatives.

Mike diagnosed a broken motor belt on the washer and a belt, pulley, and rollers that needed replacing on the dryer. He ordered the parts and had everything repaired as soon as I could coordinate his return to my house. The work was fast and efficient, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again for appliance services.

Mike came and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part, but he came back 3 days later and repaired our washer. We were pleased with the prompt, courteous and efficient service. We also felt it was a fair price charged. Definitely will use his service again.

He was early and quick. Everything was done very professionally and the price was appropriate. We will be calling him for any appliance service needed!

Mike said he would be here between 10 am -12pm, and he was. He first check to see if the draining tubing was clogged, which it was not. He was able to remove the dishwasher from under the counter which is not an easy thing to do. He ran the dishwasher and could tell the motor was not working so he disconnected the motor and found a white chip was occluding the motor. He removed it. Testing it again and the dishwasher was working. He put the dishwasher back and everything was good. We would have him come back if we have any other appliance problem. He was very nice and extremely competent. We could also not believe how reasonable the price was. We would highly recommend him.

Michael was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. In fact, he arrived within four hours of my call. He immediately got to work, found the problem and fixed it in no time. The best part? The price was significantly less than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Michael and AAA for professional, timely and affordable appliance service.

Real well. Technician immediately unfroze the clog in the icemaker in the back of the unit (not an easy job)! removed the frozen ice at the bottom. Now the problem is gone! On the oven, identified the defect in the keypad, not allowing the oven to heat up properly. In just 2 days was able to get a new pad shipped and then replaced the old keypad with the new one. Excellent job! He came well prepared, his manners were impeccable and he explained everything he was doing step-by-step. From now on I will use this company for all my appliance needs!

I will definitely use One Stop Appliance again. Mike located the problem and had the part with him. He was very efficient and professional. It is very nice to find a repair service that you feel you can trust. I had another service out for the same problem . They said our oven needed a different part and wanted to charge $650.00.
