Great. If you can get over the lateness of the arrival, the service is top notch. In this particular instance patience with the arrival of the tech is a virtue and well rewarded with excellent service and excellent prices.

Michael did a terrific job. I needed a new washer and dryer installed in a very tight area. Also needed the gas dryer side vented (not an easy task, even store delivery teams won't do). Michael responded to my request immediately, was on time and knew exactly how to side vent this dryer (dryer had to be totally taken apart. even drum removed). Have already recommended him to friends.

Michael first tested the relay switch which happened to be the problem. He replaced it, cleaned the coils and showed me how to clean them. Very satisfied. Honest and professional, reasonable prices.

Mike was excellent, especially considering it was a Sunday evening and the Labor Day weekend and no other service companies were available or willing to take the job. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. We will no doubt use his services in the future. Such repair service is hard to come by.

We had a problem with one of the hinges on our dishwasher. Texted Mike with a description of the problem. He replied quickly, scheduled to come out next day. He arrived promptly, and assessed our problem - a pin broke that is a part of the drum. It is very costly to replace the drum - almost as much as to buy a new unit. He tracked down a reasonably priced used model and offered to pick it up, deliver it, install it, and remove the old one. He also, as an alternative, offered to attempt to repair the issue by drilling a new bolt hole, essentially improvising the part's function. We went with this last option as it was the least expensive and allowed us to keep our own unit, which is in good shape other than the hinge. He charged $127.50 for the total job (which included the service fee of $40), which we felt was very reasonable for the amount of time he spent here and his willingness to work with us to find a solution we were happy with. Mike is super friendly, and very professional. I would definitely hire him again for any future jobs, and would enthusiastically recommend him. In the past, we had one of those home owner's warranty places and they would always pick their own vendors to come out for any repairs. They always seem to use the worst rated companies. They're no cheaper and they were often rude, unpleasant, and unhappy to be here (and difficult to schedule). What a contrast Mike is to those companies.

Great! Mike returned my text message. Although he does not repair microwaves, he spent time texting me and sending useful instructions to see if we could get the microwave running via text messaging. Thanks, Mike, I appreciate the your time.

Michael was very professional and responsive. I had a tough situation with the wash motor on a newer dishwasher going bad. Micheal came out very quickly and resolved the issue. I couldn't have been anymore pleased. Highly recommended!

Very well. Mike came first night to clean coils and recharge system,and the next day to replace compressor and do other work. His price for compressor was reasonable and input was honest. I originally tried to have Mike come out a few months back. We scheduled an appointment, I took off work for it, and he rescheduled last minute with an excuse. Annoying but it happens. Then the same thing happened two more times that week before he finally showed up! Pretty unbelievable but I still gave him the benefit of the doubt with his excuses. He finally repaired the dryer drum, which was a simple job and everything seemed fine. Fast forward a few months, the dryer breaks again (same issue). I make an appointment with Mike for 2-4pm today and I take off work to be here. He texts at 3pm to try to reschedule. I'm done with this guy, completely unreliable. If you want to make an appointment with someone and not have them show up, this is your guy.

I had a repair needed for my dishwasher that I wasn't comfortable completing. I called Michael at AAA One Stop and he was quick to respond. I loved that I was able to text him. He came out the next day. Assessed the issue with my dishwasher and solved it quickly. Put everything back together quickly and efficiently and left the work space clean. He was easy to communicate with and did great work. I think his pricing is right in line with what anyone else would charge. I really like using local businesses. I will definitely call him again for work I need in the future.

I won't use anyone else for appliance repair. Mike was wonderful. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He fixed the dryer in record time and was very transparent about the repair (what needed to be fixed) and the cost (what his labor charges were as opposed to parts). He left no mess, cleaned the vent out for free and even gave me advice on how to maintain the dryer (vent cleaning tube thingie). He also checked my washing machine for free and gave me advice on how to maintain it too.

Mike did an excellent job identifying the problem. He showed us the drain pump had broken and was detached from the washer bowl. He ordered the replacement drain pump and installed it two days later. He responded initially and later at the stated time, he was on time. He also solved a minor problem with our dryer by replacing the dryer vent hose. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him and AAA one stop appliance service. AAAAAA+++
