Was supposed to arrive between 4 and 6. Called at 5:27 to see if he was on his way. He said he was almost on his way . Never called or showed up at 6:20 I canceled. Very disappointed.

I usually do not post any reviews but one a company and personnel provide outstanding service, it deserves to be recognized. My washer machine went down over a week ago with some error codes and I tired the do it yourself fixes I saw on line and didn't worked. I have lived here in Las Vegas for 20 years and hated dealing with "repair" companies as the price is never what you expect it to be. However, this wasn't the case. The price was as quoted and a discount provided on top of it. Not only did he do the job quickly and efficiently, Michael gave me some tips to prevent issues from occurring again in the future that would negate a service call being required. I highly recommend Michael and his company and will be using them again, when needed..

They replaced the igniter in the oven. I got a same day appointment, they had the parts with them and they gave a 1 year warranty for the fix.

Mike needs to learn time management. We had to reschedule his visit 3 times. For example, promises he will be arriving between 8-10. Texted him at 11:25. Replies he is on his way-shows up at 1:30 pm. Very disappointed :(

Job was hurried with quick conclusion. Did not reassemble dryer back to the way it was when he arrived.

Our Whirlpool dishwasher was not draining at the end of the cycle. Called AAA One Stop Appliance Service. Mike called back later that morning and said he could come out within an hour. He diagnosed the problem as a bad drain pump. Said he would call the next day to let us know when he could come back with the part. He called as promised and made an appointment for the following morning. He replaced the part and the dishwasher works well again.

After reviewing the reviews left on Angie’s List, I decided to go with AAA One Stop Appliance Service. After the conversation Mike, the owner, and I had concerning my leaking washing machine. We scheduled a date for him or his father to check out the washing machine. I provided the make and model number of my washing machine prior to the arrival of the technician. Mike Sr. arrived on time and started troubleshooting my machine. Based on the symptoms, he ordered the part since they didn’t have the part in stock. We setup a new install date based on the part arrival. Mike Sr. was extremely nice and professional toward helping me understand the purpose of the part and the possible reason for the failure. Mike Sr. showed up at the appointed time and removed and replaced the part. He tested on the machine numerous times to ensure it worked. I hadn’t had any problems out of the washing machine since the repair. Mike Sr. is a great communicator and helped me to understand the job in layman terms. I would recommend AAA One Stop Appliance Service for all your appliance repair needs.

I had just moved to a new home and it was a holiday. I called AAA and Michael called back within the hour and to my surprise was able to come within the hour. He showed up on time, completed the work for the agreed amount. He even did a little extra work so I could use my units more conveniently. He was friendly and really knew his work.

Called on Thursday morning to have someone come out because my dryer stopped working. Mike Sr. returned my call shortly thereafter and said that he could come out the same day. As promised, Mike arrived, assessed the problem and unfortunately was not be able to get the part needed until the following day. He worked around my schedule and again, as promised ... Mike arrived the following day, with the part in hand and fixed my driver! He did exactly what he said he would do; and charged exactly what he told me it would cost. I couldn't be more happy with the service, the price and the speed with which he responded to my home for service. He was very professional and showed me the broken glass that was blocking the drain hose. He replaced the hose and the pump for us. A great honest professional.

WENT SMOOTHLY. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT REPAIR. ARRIVED 1-1/2 HOURS LATE. APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 3-5PM; ARRIVED 6:30 PM NO PHONE CALL.

The entire process was painless and Mike couldn't have been nicer to work with.

I had used the self cleaning oven and the broiler unit went up in flames. Michael communicated with me very well via Text Messaging about the Model Number, and I sent him photos of the broiler. He came within a day or two of calling him. He arrived on time, and did an excellent job replacing the unit. He also spent extra time checking that everything was working correctly and that the oven temperature was accurate. Would most definitely recommend him.

Home warranty covered the appliance. AAA Appliance did come and pick up a refrigerator and dishwasher for free

Very well. However it is still acting up.

I hired Mike 2 more times to fix appliances (3 times total). Most recent was to fix an older GE (or Kenmore) stackable washer/dryer single unit. Again, all work was wonderful and Mike is just a really nice and honest guy. Only issue is the punctuality. He really does try but unfortunately his busy schedule can cause him to be late. I would definitely recommend him for his work.

The service was great. He was extremely professional and offered great advice to maintain the units. We have kept his card and will be calling with any future appliance needs.
