The service technician, Mike, did an excellent job. He sent a text letting me know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, got to work immediately and fixed both problems in about 90 minutes. He was professional, courteous, efficient and communicative about what he was doing and what caused the initial problem. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had a small bar refrigerator that kept freezing everything inside and a dishwasher that would not drain the dirty water at the end of the cycle.

Mike is both professional and friendly. Perfect combo.
Description of Work: Mike is the one to call if your refrigerator decides to surprise you. Usually you don't get a warning! Mike was able to come to our home within an HOUR. The other place we called first said they MIGHT be able to be here by late afternoon. That's not what you want to hear when all your food is in a cooler. Mike helped us understand the issue, what needed to be done and how to make sure we load the freezer and refrigerator going forward. I apologize to Mike for not writing this review more promptly.

We cannot say enough about AAA one stop appliance. They repaired a wine cooler that we had been told for years by multiple appliance repair man would need to be replaced. Michael is incredibly responsive, and each time we've needed service has been able to come faster than I would've ever expected. We've used them on three separate occasions and will continue to call for all of our appliance repair in the future!

Mike was out about a year ago and had to put a compressor on our fridge.We Liked him so well that when our fridge was leaking inside and freezing we called him to fix it. he came out within a day of calling and had it fixed within an hour. also cleaned up after. I would call him for any repairs I would need. Very prompt, very courteous, and very helpful. even gave us tips on moving our small fridge. And very reasonable. Thank-You Mike

It went very well. Mike, accessed our problems and came to a quick solution explained everything and got the parts the following morning and fixed everything the next day. See above comments. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt, professional and honorable service. Mike was courteous and explained the problems,the repairs, and value of his service and how to prevent future problems. Thank you and again I would highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: Both our washer and dryer weren't working. The washer was not draining and completing the cycle. The dryer was speaking and not drying the clothes. Michael came in accessed both situations and came back the following morning and fixed them. Michael was here to see if it would be in our best interest to replace them or repair them. Because they are both Maytag Bravos MTC- Maytag Commercial Technology . They are very high quality and were in excellent condition. He advised us that it would be in our best interests to fix them. He received the parts the next morning and we were his first appointment. He fixed them both and advised us what he found and how to prevent it from happening again.

The repair man Mike replaced a leaking valve and found the fan not working. He went above and beyond by going a getting a fan at no cost. replaced the parts and found the coil iced up about 6 inches. He defrosted the coil, then balanced the Freon. I called him three days later to say the refrig. part was not cold enough. Mike came out about 2 hours later after finishing with his customer and replaced a part in the refrigerator part at no charge to me. I can not say enough good about him. He is a very knowledgeable tech. and very professional. I absolutely will call him for any other appliance repairs in the future.
