Very well. Michael Camel was a very nice young man.

Called at 9 am, had the washing machine working by 2 pm the same day. Prompt, professional and polite.

Poorly. The first visit was to evaluate--that took my coupon. Then he returned and installed a non-functioning controller. He returned again and installed another controller that also does not work. I gave up having paid twice the cost of the coupon--most for labor.

I had a 2-4 pm service appointment, they called and said they would be a little late. Mike & Mike Sr came a half hour late and got right to work when they arrived. They diagnosed the non heating issue with my dryer, but didn't have the parts to finish the job. They promised to return with the parts first thing the next morning. Mike Sr returned the next morning as promised and completed the repair. The son and father team were real pros and did a very job for me and left everything neat and clean. They very nice people to deal with, honest and I would hire them again in a heart beat!! GeneG

He came the next day and diagnosed the problem and gave me the price for the job. I had several things wrong with my dryer and because of the model and age. It's working like a charm now and he even recommended how to keep it running and keep the lint from building up inside the dryer. I appreciate how quickly he came out and was able to fix the problem.

Mike & Mike came out within 20 minutes of calling (on a Saturday night too). They had the part my dryer needed and completed the repair in a half hour. Can't say enough how much I appreciated the quick response and reasonable repair cost. Will definitely use this company again. Great job!

All went well. Replaced fan and repaired ice maker inlet water pipe that was leaking that caused the problem.

The diagnosis and repair were completed in a nice amount of time. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Mike was very good about returning my initial phone call and coming over to assess the situation. We made an appointment for the following day between 2 and 4. We stayed home all afternoon to wait for him, but we needed to run to a neighbor's house for a minute just before 4 o'clock. I texted him to let him know that we'd be gone for about 10 minutes, and he responded that he wasn't going to make it because he had sick kids. I wish he had let me know earlier in the day and before I had to initiate contact. I'm not sure he had any intention of calling me to let me know he wasn't coming. He did come back the next day and was prompt. The fan he put in, though, was just as noisy (if not noisier) than the original one. After I called him back he came the next day and put in a different fan and cleaned all the coils in the back of the refrigerator. Since then everything has been working well.

Like I said I had the home owners warranty so that is the only reason I did not use him to replace the compressor because it would have cost me well over almost $300 to replace the compressor. The compressor was alone $250 from him and finally I had to pay $125 for home owners warranty and I was upfront with him too. I think his name was Mike. I actually live out of the country. Your called Ecuador in South America right now on a magic jack line. I was not there. I could hear it through the phone. I knew it was the bigger problem than it really was and it would be the second time I just didn't want him to jack me around for another $125 service call and then not replace it again because it was still working. They said it actually had to stop refrigerating through my home owners warranty the first time they were out to fix it. But Mike your guy was fabulous I would hire him anytime. My sister's boyfriend who is my tenant he is an old retired electrician and engineer he said that this guy was top notch. He knew everything. I asked him couple of questions and he answered everything to satisfy me and he got his business card as he likes him so well, just a decent guy. He does excellent service and is fabulous guy. I have recommend him to others.

Mike is the owner and tech that came to my home. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His first visit was on a Saturday, and he sent me a text that he was running late. This happened again on a follow-up visit, and the communication that he provided is paramount to good customer service. There is nothing worse than ruining your day waiting for that 4 hour window and having the provider not show up! Mike was very good about keeping me updated with his progress and arriving when he said he would. My range wouldn't heat properly, so Mike tested the temp settings. He then disassembled it for diagnostics which I must say was a worrisome sight (so many pieces!). After working for a couple hours, Mike advised me that he needed to purchase a thermostat that he didn't have in stock. He explained the ordering process and went on his way. He called to say the part was in, and we set up a followup. He replaced the thermostat in the lower oven, but then the upper oven went on the fritz. It heated up when used and wouldn't turn off! He was able to make the upper oven safe and we knew not to use it for Thanksgiving. We're very thankful for the work Mike did and advice he gave us. I ended up using my home warranty to complete the rest of the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again, and I highly recommend him.

Re-attached but said it needed a new special bolt and washer. $37.50. Repairman re-attached old one (barely) and said he would be back in 2 days. Never returned and washer is broken again. $77.50 gone for nothing. Angie's list does not screen its vendors. Only an advertising site.

He was very friendly and professional. Honest and informative.

Mike was flexible on the repair date/time and prompt on arrival. He worked professionally and diligently to diagnose the issue and explain the needed repair. He cleaned the work area thoroughly after the job was done. No issues with the services performed. The cost was easily competitive with the 'big name' repair services. I'll call on Mike again for future appliance repairs.

The gentleman who answered my inquiry was very personable on the phone.

I wanted to be sure my oven was heating up properly ahead of all the Holiday baking. Mike contacted me and set up an appointment to diagnose any problems. He was very professional and thorough. He advised me all was well with the oven and the thermometer I purchased was reading incorrectly and the one with the oven was correct. Very pleased with his service. Would recommend.
