Had to order parts-Viking Oven. Took two trips. First one to diagnose and second to install parts

Michael never disappoints. After unsuccessfully going through several disreputable & dishonest appliance repair companies, I finally met Michael. He doesn't charge me for work I don't need & he does a great job. One time a part broke on my ice maker that another repairman said couldn't be fixed; the entire unit would have to be replaced. Michael spent over an hour creating a fix that the other guy with 30 years' experience admitted he would never have thought of. Michael is reliable & doesn't stop until he figures out the problem & a way to fix it.

Worker was quick and efficient once he showed up. He originally said 2-4pm and then updated to before 6pm. He showed up at nearly 8pm. The work he did was accurate and fairly priced. He also did some other maintenance to help keep our fridge running well. As long as you're not in a time crunch, I would recommend this company.

Company is very responsive and reached out to me as soon as I had made a coupon purchase. The owner, Mike, came the following afternoon and fixed the problem that caused the noise. He then told me that the same problem had also caused a belt to become worn (but not yet broken). When I asked the belt to be replaced, he made a second trip a couple of days later to perform the work at no additional (labor) cost. After the washing machine had been fixed, I asked Mike to take a quick look at the dishwasher. He then spent some time - and used his own supply - to help me address the issues, again at no additional cost (even though the coupon explicitly stated "one major appliance"). Very satisfied with responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. Will be my first call for appliance repair in the future.

Thank you AAA for not charging us to fix our dryer!! It was clogged with "stuff"which was the problem, and the technician was very helpful. This dryer is extremely important to our drop-in center for Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth.

Technician was able to identify cause of our malfunctioning ice maker, but also thankfully found and repaired a more serious problem that would have completely put our fridge out of commission. He was pretty accommodating to my crazy work schedule and very clear in explaining everything. Would definitely hire again.

Very well. The workman, Mike, dismantled the interior of the dryer, installed a new part and put it all back together quickly and efficiently. He also gave me advice on where to find control knobs for my stovetop.

Mike did a great job. Explained what he was doing. Explained why the fridge wasn't working. He's the owner/operator of AAA. It's his skin in the game so he takes each job he does personally. Courteous, nice and knowledgeable. He told me he's been repairing appliances since he was a kid. Learned from his dad. If you want personal, quality service where you're not just a number, Mike is your man and AAA is your company.

The service was very good. Nick was very knowledgeable. He did a thorough check and found that the mother board was malfunctioning. He showed me the old motherboard and the problem. The refrigerator works and has been working since. I would use AAA One Stop Appliance Service and recommend their service.

I didn't think that there were companies around like this any longer. He calls when he is on his way. He did excellent work. Mike Camel was precisely on time, extremely professional, worked fast and didn't waste my time. He got right to the job. He is totally reliable. His prices are extremely reasonable.He had to leave to go get a part, and rescheduled the appointment for later that day and came back exactly when he said he would. He even called to let me know he was on his way back. He has a work ethic that I have not seen in a very long time. I have no complaints. Everything has been working great since then.

Mike did an excellent job to identify the problem and replaced the parts required to solve the problem. He was clear to quote me the price to do the job and offered to credit me the diagnostic cost. He came on schedule and the work was done promptly. A pleasant experience with a true professional.

Mike came out on a same day call and after our hellos walked up to the refrigerator and managed to diagnose the ice maker issue in about 2 minutes. After pressing a few buttons on the front of the refrigerator and checking the connections on the ice maker unit (including "resetting" the main motor on the ice maker), the whirr of water was filling the ice tray and cubes were being made again! I think the most astounding thing was the fact that Mike so quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Part of me thinks he's appliance psychic. Haha! I think he was in and out of the house in 15 minutes. A job well done and I highly recommend him!

The repair took a lot more time than anticipated. It was a stackable washer/dryer making it harder to work on but all the work was done for the agreed upon price. The dryer is working perfectly and I was very pleased with this company.

Mike came to my home and found what the problems were. He said he would be back the next day at 8:00 AM and arrived at 7:45. He and his son Mike Jr. are the most polite and professional tec's. I have ever hired. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair.
