We had arranged for him to come to my home at 1. At approximately 11:30, I received a message that he had left home without my address. I called and left a message with my address. At around 2, I called again and left a message to be sure that he had got my first message itch my address. At 3, I called the phone number that I had called the previous day when we had set up the appointment. I tried this number since I had not heard from him and since he was two hours late for the appointment. As was the case with the other telephone number, no one answered and I left a message. He did not call back. At 4:30 I needed to leave my home ( I had been at home all day) to leave a message that I needed to leave my home and not be there. This time, for the first time, he answered the phone. I introduced myself and he started laughing and said he left my address at home. I said that I had called and left him a message with my address. He responded that he didn't have google maps and couldn't get directions. I mentioned that he didn't call me back to get directions. He was laughing, and I said that apparently he didn't need my business. He yelled apparently not, that he was married, and that he didn't need a lecture (I take it that his wife lectures him all the time). He then hung up on me. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional person in my life. I can only imagine what shoddy work he would have done after me forking out lots of money! I am concerned this guy has my address!

He promptly came out to look at the work and we decided on a price and date for the installation. He called the morning we had decided on and said he was running late, which was fine and I appreciated. He came with everything he needed except the handles and locks, which I provided. He was professional, careful and exact because he had to take out the old door and frame and the reinstall the new one and reinstall the existing trim. He did a great job for me and I enjoyed having him in my home. Dont hesitate to hire Vic. I highly recommend him!

Victor showed up on time and fixed the front door within a few minutes. First let me say that I was not there while Victor did the repairs so I'm going by what my tenant told me. Victor was unprofessional in his appearance and talked so much that my tenant was unable to speak without Victor talking over him. Per my tenant, Victor did fix the front door hinges using used parts not new and a used door plate that had paint on it. I was not aware of this until after my tenant paid Victor and Victor had left. My tenant was so happy that the front door was fixed and he able to use it that he didn't care that the parts were used and not new, but I care. My tenant was able to remove the paint and clean up the parts so that they didn't look used. I did speak with Victor after he completed the job and my tenant was spot on about Victor talking so much that even I was unable get a word in because all Victor did on the phone was crack jokes. All I could say to him is if my tenant is happy then find.

My patio doors are 30 years old and required muscle to open or close. I figured they would have to be replaced - at a minimum, $1000 for parts and labor. Then I read other reviews of this company that praised Victor for his repair ability, and made an appointment with him to either repair or replace - whichever he felt was needed. He told me a repair was easy and that I would be nuts to replace the good quality doors. The door now floats like it is on air. And he showed me how to maintain the smooth gliding. While he was here, I asked him to help me with the pocket door on my master bathroom. It now moves effortlessly. And he spent quite a bit of time on my entry doors, reducing the big gap, improving the functioning of the deadbolt and latch. We now have an appointment for next Tuesday for him to completely remove and replace the old weatherstripping. Yes: $180 for all today's work. Amazing. I've been putting up with all these issues for years. Sure wish I had found Victor sooner!

The door only came off the railing, he tighten rollers and fixed the front door. He was great

Vic did a fantastic job. The quality and workmanship was incredible! The only concern was regarding my rear door installation. I advised that when I install this door I'd also need to install a doggie door through the wall. This was mentioned to him on 3 occasions, but when the day arrived to install the back door he responded "Oh, you want to include a doggie door, I wasn't clear with this". He came back another day and installed this. Besides that, everything was wonderful

Vic arrived right on time as promised. He began the security door installation, and job was finished completely including caulking within 45 minutes. Door fits perfectly, and looks fantastic. Vic knows his craft, and is a true professional. I have asked him to come back next week for repairs to a sliding closet door and also to install a rubber sweeper seal on new security door. XLNT Vendor!!!

Vic got here at the exact time he said he would be here. He quickly took out the door and replaced it with a new one. We had several questions about new doors and he stayed a few extra minutes to walk through the house and give us information on all of the doors we are looking to replace. He had to shatter the door to get it out and he knows what he is doing because he was able to keep the glass pretty well contained to one area and then he was quick to get it picked up. He was very patient and interactive with my family as they all kept asking him questions. We will gladly us this company to replace our other doors!

The guy said that he could probably do the work on Friday and would get back to me in a couple days. He never reached back out to me. A couple days later I called again and a woman answered, who apologized and was very nice. She said they would get back to me to schedule and they never did.

I like it. He was very good and very professional.

Called Vic on 1/22/15 and we scheduled an appt for the next day! He gave me a 1 hour window between 9 and 10 and said he would call, when he was on his way. He followed through, and called when he was on his way and arrived within the promised window. Everything went great with the installation. Vic was very pleasant, professional and didn't leave a mess. My door looks amazing. I will definitely use him again!!!

Our sliding glass patio door gets a lot of use (we have dogs). Over time it was dragging on the track and was really difficult to open/close. I called Vic on a Saturday and he was here early Monday morning. He replaced all the wheels beneath the door and now it works great! I will definitely call him in the future for door-related issues.

Vic was wonderful. He quoted the job last week and told me what materials to purchase. I shopped around and got them at a great discount. He was a few minutes late but called to let me know. Great personality and great customer service. My new dog door looks great and he fixed a problem with the front door too. Would definitely refer him to friends and family.

I called in the morning asking for a quote. Vic gave me a quote over the phone after I measured the door frames. He said, "He just had a cancellation and wanted to know if I wanted the work done." I said, "Yes, of course, when can you come out!" He said "He would go pick up the materials and be right over." Vic came over around 2 pm I believe and completed the job by 6 pm. He was very cordial and extremely good with my 2 year old hanging around. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He said he has been doing it for a very long time 50 years in Vegas is a long time. I would recommend him again and will call if we need anything else done.

It went really well and I was happy with the service. They went above and beyond anything that I was asking them to do. He was helpful. At first, it was just the front door of my house and then I had a tenant move out of a condo we own. They had kind of ruined the front door and then the closet doors were all wrecked. He took care of everything and it was just a real fair price. I needed a couple of extra things done for the door and he did not charge me extra for them. It was just an outstanding service. He was on time every time he came to see us. I was real happy with his service.

Victor answered his phone & told me to replace my sliding glass door handle as it's easy. What a great, honest man. He also told me the best place in Vegas to go if I can't find a handle set at Lowe's or Home Depot. Victor s a complete mentch.

Vic came out the day after we called to give an estimate and came back the next monday to do the job. He was pleasant, professional and did an excellent job.

Victor , the owner of AAA Doors Plus, came to my home to give me an estimate on removing my old patio sliding glass doors and replace them with new french doors with the mini blinds in between the glass. I decided on having this done. I paid Victor for half of the job so he could order the doors. He returned and took out the old doors and put in my new french doors. Everything went smooth and the finished result was beautiful. Victor is a very pleasant gentlemen and a hard worker. He did the job himself and in a very precise manner. It is clear he really enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I highly recommend his services.

Vic arrived within an hour of inquiring about his service. He's a nice, personable man and was quite considerate of my young children that were present during the repairs. He worked quickly and fixed an extremely sticky sliding patio door and reinstalled our screen door that I had removed months ago because was constantly off the tracks. The door slides way more efficiently and my kids are able to actually slide it themselves now. While the door isn't sliding perfectly, I don't attribute it to his work as the door is in pretty bad shape. In addition, he quickly fixed my front door that had a gap. He did a few adjustments and now no light is seen thru the gap. He did not charge extra for this. While I appreciate his work and courtesy, I would have liked if he had cleaned up after himself and cleaned the tracks on the door. It wasn't a big mess, but I did have to sweep up the area after and vacuum and scrub the tracks. All in all, he saved me a couple more years, at least, with replacing the door with a much more efficient and costly one.

The door was done quickly and looked great. I was so impressed that I had him put in a security door for me too. It looks and works great. Glad I took this extra precaution.
