Suggestion was made by representative that the 12-year old rollers be replaced at a nominal fee. Now the door opens and closes much easier. Very happy and satisfied with the work.

Called AAA Doors on a Tuesday and there he was Early on Saturday. Exceptional work, I trusted him. Having him come back and fix another door.

He came on time and went directly to work on the door. He showed me the old rollers as he removed them and put the new rollers in. Vic was very nice and I am thrilled with how the door now works.

Vic's installation of our new Pella Sliding Glass Door is flawless. Vic is an old world style craftsman. The fit is superb. My only regret is that the rest of my home is not build as well. Vic's workmanship is 5 starts and I would recommend him to anyone.

Installed quickly and were better than my original door

When i called, Vic answered the phone. He confirmed an appointment time for the next day. He called when he was on his way and arrived timely. He surveyed the situation and explained the process to fix the door. He removed the door molding and re-shimmed the door. He also cleaned the door lock mechanism so it would lock and unlock smoothly. He is a professional and a skilled craftsman. He removed the door trim with precision so it would reattach smoothly - no painting required! He kept the work area neat and left no mess. We are thrilled with the door; no gaps and the door/lock open and close smoothly. Vic exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend him!

After initial visit, follow up work was delayed. Door knob installed with the screws on the outside of door.

Vic is the best will hire him in a second for any upcoming door projects we have. He went above and beyond for us and highly recommend him to everyone.

Vic called 30 min out to let me know that he might be 10 min late. It turned out to be a bit tougher job than he expected, but he took care of it in a timely manner. Door works great now, only took about an hour.

Could not provide the service required

Terrible! I gave him no reason to act the way he did. I was totally surprised. All I did was ask for a quote!

Victor arrived later than scheduled but did call to notify me. He installed 2 small glass inserts in top of door, and installed existing hinges and hardware. Old door was removed and installed new door and aligned with a new piece of weather stripping. New furnished door handle did not have a locking feature, so lost 50% of security, using only single deadbolt... Victor promised to have his painter arrive asap to paint inside and outside of door to complete new front door project. Painter never contacted me for arrival time, so called Victor to get in contact with painter as door was promised to be painted same day as install. NO painter!!! I consider the project incomplete as agreed to. I am frustrated with lack of concern from Victor to assist in completing this project.

The work went as planned in every way. In fact, due to my mistake, Vic actually worked on a total of (5) doors and when I offered to pay for the additional door he not only declined additional payment, he also reduced the original bid price.

Called asking for a quote on some sliders and was told to measure myself and send him pictures of what I wanted because he was too busy to schedule an appointment. No thanks.

This guy was nice on the phone, but when he came over I advised him he needed to wear shoe covers or remove his shoes to walk on the new carpet, he stated he didn't want to and that's "not gonna work for him". That happened within 30 seconds of me letting him in my house. I said, ok deal is over with. This guy was a jerk, can't believe he would treat a customer like that instead of accommodating a customer request. Thanks for wasting my time and yours!

Contacted this company and they responded and came out the next day. Was able to set up an appointment with Vic and the work performed was fantastic. He arrived on time, very cordial and funny and performed the work with no problems. He charged exactly what he quoted with no hidden fees. The french doors look so much better than the sliding glass door and he even took the time to explain to my husband the work he was doing and how to do it. I will be having a front door replaced in the near future and will definitely call Vic back to do the work.

I called roughly 10 places and had zero luck. Then Signed up for Angies List and found AAA Doors Plus. I left a message and thought, well that's it. They called right back took care of the situation ASAP and done. So in a nut shell, IT WENT PERFECT! No need to wait or call any other. This is the one.

Vic called and came early, which was great for me. Was very careful and efficient. Answered any questions I had. He was friendly and funny and did a great job. I would definitely use his company again. Only downfall is he requires checks.

I contacted AAA on Thursday December 10th after I had accidentally knocked our sliding glass shower doors off-track and then managed to completely screw-up both doors and the track on the top. My call was received by Vic and he said he could be at our residence first thing Friday morning. Friday morning, Vic called to let us know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He was able to identify the multiple problems and had them fixed very quickly and resealed the caulk. Vic was very pleasant, professional and polite. I can recommend him for his services.
