Description of Work: Wonderful demeanor of the employee that came to our door soliciting for his service. We had planned on getting a pest control company in for several months but just did not do it. The employee of the company was the nicest and most professional person that I have encountered with a service type organization. As soon as they treated the house and exterior we noticed that we had no more little bugs around inside, even occassional bugs did not appear. We are extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them. We don't need to be home when they come and service the outside of our house. We pay $69.00 every other month.

Description of Work: .THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB SPRAYING FOR PESTS OUTDOORS AND INDOORS IF NEEDED.ALTHOUGH THE TECHNICIANS ARE NORMALLY ON TIME,THEY ARE OCCASIONALLY LATE. I HAVE RECOMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

Description of Work: I contracted with Guardian in March for quarterly pest spraying both inside and outside my home. They came in March, and sprayed. They also advised that, should I see any pests in the meantime, before my next quarterly appointment, to call and advise them, and they would come out at no cost to me. In late May, just after a 98 degree temp day, two flying creatures tried to get into my front door, and I also spotted two similar fast running (or flying) little creatures running up a wall near the kitchen. I called Guardian and asked if they could move up my June appointment because of these observed little visitors? They told me that we would leave the June appointment as scheduled, and instead, they would immediately come out and re-treat my house at no cost to me. They came out the next morning, at a scheduled time, and did the re-treat. The technician was very nice, professional, and timely. He also inquired as to my description of the little visitors. He sprayed all around, and then told me "no cost for his visit." I was really impressed with this company, much more than any other company with whom I have done business.
