Their charges were $35.00 an hour and they were here for 2 hours. They do whatever they can get done in 2 hours. I liked the people, but I noticed that there was always a turnover just when I got comfortable. I have had 4 different people and I have used them for 3 months. If I like someone I will request for her again and for whatever reason the individual is no longer with them. The workers are fine, but I am starting to become a little wary. Even though the person that came out yesterday was great, she was the fourth person. They don't even tell you. The people that came out were good. I am starting to have doubts about the company. I think it was pretty pricey. The quality work depended on the people that came out. Three out of the four I had were great. There was one that was absolutely horrible. Their responsiveness was good. I wouldn't use them again because of what happened and also because the price was high. It was my fourth person and it was getting ridiculous. I would like to be able to leave instead of sit at my house for 2 hours. When you don't know someone you can't just leave. You need to feel comfortable before you can leave the house.

This company is great! They actually clean. My home smells better then it ever did and they don't mind cleaning the stove or frig a couple times a year. My beds are made, bathroom cleaned to a spit shine, and the kitchen never looked so clean. I love these people!

A Unique Spectrum Cleaning Service did such a great job that I would grade them an A plus. I thought they were very easy to communicate with. They did a very thorough job and I trusted them to be in my home even if I would not be there while cleaning. I felt they were very good people.
