 + -1 moreA Personal Touch has been servicing this particular home in the Las Vegas Country Club for over a year. She assists realtor, owner and renters with the cleanliness of property inside and out. Her work is detail oriented and done in a timely fashion. She also assists renters in attending to dry cleaning needs, dog sitting, grocery shopping, running errands, picks up and drops off people at the airport and she was a former Chef so upon request prepares set meal for clients. If there are areas of concerns or specific needs she returns call immediately and clears her schedule to revisit those issues. We are very pleased with her work and will continue to use her for as long as we can on this and other properties!
Description of Work: Freshened up 3500 square foot rental property including and up to doing laundry, change and remake beds, sweep porch and front yard and garage, responsible for taking out trash receptacles and returning the next day to replace bins in proper space designated by gated community guidelines, take mail and put on table for owner, notify realtor of damage with attached photos.
