Description of Work: home purchased in Aug 2014,contract signed in Sept 2014 ,other mobile home removed from property after asbestos from it was removed in Oct 2014 .There were days and even weeks that no one were there working on the mobilehome .I would think small acts of kindness would make the transaction go smooth and nice but there were times that unprofessional connents and actions were made.I know how people should act when they and their business are professional because I've been there.Thats why I said a little act of kindness goes along way..I was totally hurt with the way AKDAVIES conducted theirselves mainly the workers including Evan.He needs to communicate with his Mother and her wisdom and experience.He upon his own sent me a 10 day to pay notice without talking with his mother whom I had told her what I was doing and how I had to handle the financial part.I told her that the check for the balance would be available April 20 2015.An employee came by with receipt and to pick up the check.I also asked about little things yet not finished but ordered and do they guarantee their work and for how long.It's sad when you buy your grandson and family a home in July 2014 and they don't get to move in until the first part of April.2015 Very disappointing. + -1 moreThey came out with 2 trucks. They had 6 people. They were very fast and clean. They cleaned up after them selfs. They replace all of the footings, with the newest type to help prevent further sagging. They even leveled my porch at no extra cost. We are going to have a hardwood floor installed, and they stated that we should call them prior to instalation for them to return and fine tune the flooring. I would not hesitate to recomend this company to anyone. We had gotten several estimates prior to hireing this firm.
