The customer service was good. The work was good. The counter looks great.

The work was two bathroom vanity tops. I chose quartz. They gave me choices and suggested that I can pick a less costs from one company over another. Same materials. I had been in this business in the Midwest so I was familiar with costs, materials and installation factors. We were very pleased with the time frame and installation.

Asaf is the consummate professional from beginning to end. If he gave us a time for when he or his crew were coming they were on time every time. If you are looking to hire for remodeling counters or cabinets and hired another company, you've made a mistake. They're are other good company's I'm sure but I just can't imagine anyone as good or better than A GRANITE MD.

Granite installers were not on time but their work was good. However, the plumber did not come until the day after the install and did not have the required items for the sink. Which delayed completion further. There were also customer service issues but were resolved satisfactorily. Good company but needs a little more management attention to details and promptness.

A Granite MD did a great job on our granite counter/glass tile backsplash install.Dror is easy to work with and asked for no money upfront.Once the job was fully completed and we were completely satisfied we paid him. His prices are fair and his crew is highly skilled.

Horrible! It took 2.75 months to complete installation of quartz countertops. The subs they hired were, for the most part, terrible. Subs tore off baseboards without regard to connecting drywall & paint. They created a lot of unnecessary damage to powder room that needed to be repaired. Painting that they did was awful as well. Lots of missed spots, and a section in the kitchen was not painted. No management of subcontracted work. Subs at times didn't know what they were supposed to do. Work was scheduled if a subcontractor was available for the day/time. No regard given to the renovation process, i.e. painter scheduled to paint and painted wall that was not textured. Another subcontractor came and textured the wall but did not lay plastic sheeting on the new counter top and the new cabinet that I bought. Texture sprayed on countertop, cabinet, adjacent toilet and down on the floor. Guess who had to clean the mess? Me. Lack of communication to the backsplash subcontractor resulted in the backsplashes mounted the wrong way. I was out on an appointment, and when I returned, 1/2 of the kitchen backsplashes were mounted. Whatever appliances they moved to install the countertops were put back wrong. Another appointment was required to have them correct the problem. Just too much effort on their part to correct their errors. Too many short appointments due to subcontractors working elsewhere. Finally after 2.75 months, I told them not to return and that I will finish the painting, scraping of the residue grout off the backsplash, caulk by the sink, and re-grout areas that were missed. Don't believe all the positive reviews from their friends of business associates.

Great work, friendly and a good attention to detail.

Worked with Ben initially detailing the scope of the work. Estimate was not what I expected as it was just basically passed over. I picked out the granite, but was cornered into choosing from four types. Ben did the initial measuring. On the day of work, the crew arrived at 10:30am. Stayed until 7:30p.m. when the job was completed. I watched during this stressful period. The job turned out quite well as the crew of four did a masterful job headed by Erby who endured a tough day. The counters, backsplash, and fireplace look very nice. I would recommend this company.

Good work done in a timely manner. Staff were very curtious and polite. Cleaned up all mess during day and at job completion.

other than having the installation done late in the day, the quality of work is impeccable and the cost was significantly lower than the next low bid. We have no more counters in the house to replace with granite, but if we did, we would certainly use Heber.

Hardly any wait time. Within a week of choosing MD Granite, granite was chosen & installed. Original faucet didn't fit as window ledge was extended a bit , but a new one was installed at no extra cost, which was nice of the company to solve this hiccup. I will use them again for MBR bath soon.
