Description of Work: Had a seepage problem on my flat roof. A&P applied a mastic over seams and near each scupper. Then they applied 2 coats of a white roof coating over the entire flat roof. Approximately 420 square feet. Looked great when they were done. Very happy with the work.

Description of Work: On time, knowledgeable, listened to my problems, and [this is a big one] he didn't try to 'oversell' the work. If I need either painting or roofing work done I will call him.

Description of Work: Painted exterior, including trim and fences. They were fast, neat, and took care of all the HOA paperwork beforehand.

Description of Work: Peter Reid (owner) and his son were always on time or called to let you know if things had changed. They did an outstanding job seal coating our composite roof and changing its color, while his crew of four painted our house, block walls, and iron gates to perfection. My wife was happy and so am I. Although their cost was a little higher than some of my other bids, I would recommend this company to anyone. It was well worth the price.

Description of Work: Peter, Hector and the crew are an awesome team. Started early in the morning with taping up the house masking patio off, etc. Finished by the end of the day. Garage door didn't turn out quite right because of the paint that i had purchased(behr) so they came back three days later and sprayed it again with dunn edwards. Turned out great. House looks amazing!!

Description of Work: Painted 2 story house tri tone. Also, stucco my brick all and painted it the same could as the main color of the house. Nice work and looks beautiful.

Description of Work: Crew did the exterior of our house plus wooden patio covering. Peter (Owner) was very attentive and helped my very particular wife ( :-) ) on selecting an approproate color scheme.

We contacted Peter when we were in town for on a quick turn arround visit and were pleased with his punctuality and presentation. The do's is that I think we picked a good honest painter. The don'ts is that since we were rushed we did not solicit multple bidsi

Description of Work: We had the complete interior of our home painted. All the walls were painted twice and ceilings. The painters filled in the crown moulding that I had installed and painted also. All the doors and baseboards were painted also. We had the complete outside painted in three different colors. Peter Reid the owner of A & P Painint & Roofing was very helpful from the very beginning. He helped me pick out colors for paint and was very patient. We met him during the painting processs and went over the paint colors to be sure we like the colors. His crew was very punctual and very helpful. They treated our personal belongs with much care and respect. We stayed at a local hotel while the house was painted inside for two nights and when we came home everything was put back in place. We did not have to move one piece of furniture. We did take care of all the breakables ahead of time. That was Peter's only request. I would highly recommend A & P Painting to anyone who needs their home painted. I felt their price came within the guidelines for our home and our needs.
