Description of Work: Came out to check my roof and fix loose shells. Took pictures of what else needed to be done that was not covered under the$$$ deal. Was going to email me pictures and estimate in about 2 weeks. Still haven't received either of those. Very disappointed in that.

Description of Work: Roof tuneup went fine. However I needed additional repairs... Owner was supposed to get back with me within the week with estimate... He never did I send him an email he replied back to me in two weeks with an apologetic letter.. He asked to give him another chance which I did in the reply letter.. He told me he would get back with me ASAP with an estimate and never bothered calling me back or sending me an email at all... No follow through with this company... Disappointed with the owner... Not a way to run a business.. Would never use them again...

Description of Work: The roofer was 1 1/2 hours late. I was told when I called the office that his phone was broken but he was still coming. When he arrived he ask if we had a specific problem with the roof. I showed him 2 unbroken tiles that had fallen from the roof. I ask that these tiles be nailed back up and that he calk around the flashings. About 45 min later he come down and said he had nailed some slipped tiles back into place and that we had about 22 broken tiles, but A&E could replace them. When I asked how much it would cost he gave me three different prices, I then ask for a written estimate. He said he would send the estimate and the pictures to my email. He was about ready to leave and I ask if he had replaced the fallen tiles he said "no, do you want me to do that". I said well that's why we called you out. At this point he said I really didn't understand The Angies List Deal, that I bought. I pulled out my phone and read what A&E's offer details I bought. He said will I don't have the caulking, I ask him if he could go get some. So he ask where the nearest home depot was and he left to get the needed supplies. When he returned he did nail up the tiles but not very straight and to be honest I don't know about the flashings. Its been over a month and still no pictures or estimate. Not very impressed.

Explanation given for the repairs that were needed. Keith and Jack were very professional and knowledgable. Repair men arrived,pleasant (introduced themselves, efficient, and completed in timely manner (Job delayed 1 day due to rain. I was called to postpone, explanation given. The actual repair men were very concientious, The patio was swept and was cleaner than before they began.
