Description of Work: Cleaned off roof, tar in areas that needed it. Seemed very knowledgeable, pointing out areas of problems. I wanted area repaired and asked for quote, but never heard back.

Description of Work: Same story as with some of the other providers I've used from Angie's list. That Angie's list takes a large percentage of the initial fee. So they have to charge you more for the service they are going to perform. For you.

Description of Work: We have a two year old home with a water stain on the ceiling. We hoped |it was just a quick fix roofing problem like a leak near a flashing. It was not. A &E was able to establish that the problem was more extensive. Since the roof was so new we took a chance and called the roofer who put the roof on our house. The original roofer came out, removed part of our roof, and fixed the roof at no cost. We would have used A & E if our roof if the original roofer had not stood behind their product.
