A-Always Clean Pool

Description of Work: He comes every week rain or shine to clean pool, empty filters. Twice a year he cleans large filters. Everything that needs taken care of this guy handles it.

Description of Work: After having A-Always Clean Pool pool service company service my pool for four years, this year my pool turned green and remained green for months on end. I asked A-Always clean pool what the problem was. They said the pool wasn't getting enough chlorine and that the fertilizer on the golf course was causing my pool to look like a swamp. That made NO sense whatsoever. Why wasn't my pool green before? I caught the pool man at my home, looking at my green pool for all of a few minutes and walk away without doing a thing about it. I took a bottle of the pool water to the local pool supply store. The water was analyzed, I purchased $140.00 in pool supplies and followed their instructions. Within twenty-four hours my pool was clean as a whislte and blue! I hired a new pool cleaning company and he said things were a real mess and that I was lucky A-Always Clean Pool didn't burn out my motors. On top of which, the filters were old, frayed and never appeared to be cleaned, though I was charged for this service. I just spent $1,330.00 rectifying this situation.
