Description of Work: pool heater had a blower default. they used old parts during the warranty period then used the new updated unit when the warranty expired.

+ -1 moreWe are still waiting for the manufacturers representative to come out to check out the problem we've been having.
Description of Work: We have an ongoing problem with our pool. There's a noise that hasn't been diagnosed yet but has been looked at by 3 representatives of Admiral Pools. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the manufacturers rep. to call me to schedule a look-see. The work we've been having done is all under warranty but you have to jump through hoops to get them to come out in the first place. On a bright note, I love our pool cleaner, Carl. He's a gem. Also, when parts are required they will order them but it is up to the customer to send the old part back to the manufacturer in order to get your refund. I feel that should be the responsibility of the servicing company

+ -1 moreTHIS GUY IS JUST A STOOGE FOR PADDOCK POOLS WONT DO THE RIGHT THING BECAUSE PADDOCK IS SUPPLYING HIM WITH PARTS TO RIPP OFF FORMER PADDOCK CUSTOMERS

Description of Work: Removed and replaced pool filter pump. Showed up on time. Courteous and answered all questions with no hesitancy. Initial pump installation failed after 2 hours. Called back for corrective action. Got an answering machine. Returned my call after 2 hours. Set up repair call for next morning. Prompt arrival as scheduled. He found the problem right away and rewired pump. Initial wiring setup was not done properly. Work completed in about 30 minutes. Motor is operating normally now. Was informed of 90 day parts and labor guarantee. Also pump warranty for 2(?) years. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Overall I'm pleased with service but feel price was a bit too steep. I'm new at pool repair so my opinion is personal only. B rating in quality is due to having to return to re-wire motor.

+ -1 moreThis company uses their own chemicals, so I don't have to have them around the house. I do like that. They do have a hard time keeping staff for some reason. They also miss their appointments sometimes, but when I call them they normally come out the same day.
Description of Work: We use them for our weekly pool service. We have an 18 x 36 in ground oval pool. The last time they were here, they cleaned the pool and added chemicals. We are charged monthly for this service.
