Description of Work: Came out to inspect the area for the job on Aug 29, I believe. All good to go for Sept 4 Talked me into spending an additional $600 + to move & re-do sprinklers (no $$ changed hands for that service). My appointment for the sod was scheduled for Sept 4 ( and had been since I purchased the voucher 2 weeks before). Called me early evening of Sept 3rd to cancel the install because "something happened with the fax to the sod company & the sod didn't come in". Could not re-schedule me until Sept 22. After voicing my dis-satisfaction that I had to wait that long....even though I had scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior & prepaid the sod...he agreed to Sept 18th. He reused to move anyone to get mine done. So basically, because of his screw-up, I got bumped to the end of the line. Told me that most days he had 4-5 jobs that WEREN'T Angies List & would lose too much money.... BAD BUSINESS ETHIC. We have hired another company.

Description of Work: Fixed sprinkler valves and answered any questions I had for them. Explained what they were doing as they were fixing. Reset timer to make sure all was working before they left. Thank you Joe and workers!!

Description of Work: Installed tall fescue grass, 500+ square feet and replaced 30 sprinkler heads on June 2nd. There are a few brown spots that I think I can take care of, if not, I will give them a call. Besides that, the grass is doing fine.

Description of Work: Shade tree in the back that was overgrown. They pulled weeds, and removed grass that wasn't supposed to be there. They pruned the pine tree and the shrubs. The service provided by the three men was splendiferously bodacious and mellifluous! Fantastic and amazing work!!!

Description of Work: Replaced old grass. Good job for the price. Negatives were a scheduling mixup that delayed job, removal of old sod with hand tools versus an efficient engine powered sod remover, and failure to level the ground enough before putting on the new sod so there are some high and low spots.
