A-1 Sprinklers

I have used A-1 for several years and recommend highly.

Called and made appointment but they never showed. Tried again, but calls never returned.

It was hard to get scheduled, but finally got it done.

The job itself went 98% great....good, clean work. They were unable to finish topping one of my trees because they said their blades broke, but the owner would be out within the next week to finish the job. This was on Tuesday May 9th and I have never seen nor heard from anyone since. I left many, many phone messages on 2 different lines w/no response. I initially spoke w/the owner saying I wanted monthly maintenance and he was going to set it up with me after the the job was finished. After a month I got tired of making phone calls & decided to hire someone else. Originally on the date we scheduled the work, the owner told me I didn't need to pay them until I was completely satisfied with the work. Unfortunately I paid the work crew as they requested ($500 check before they left my home); I believed what they said about the owner coming back to finish the tree the next week since I also thought I was hiring them to do my monthly maintenance. Thought I had found a good landscaping crew; believed the hype but once again disappointed by the con. The work is good, but don't pay until it is completed in full!

Terribly! I asked them to come take a look at my sprinkler system, because it was making a loud noise. They turned the faucet down a notch, said the problem was fixed, then collected $70 from me. The next time the sprinnkler came on, it made the same noise. After talking with them repeately, they said they would issue a refund to me, but that still hasn't happened. Don't use them! They don't know what they're doing, and they'll defraud you!

Joe is a hard worker who did a great job. Plants were trimmed as requested and clean up was perfect. This was the second time I've used A-1 Sprinklers and I will continue to use them in the future. Quality work at a great price.

Gentlemen worked constantly for the 2 ours. Accomplished what I wanted to have done.

Great! So well I wanted to get them to come handle my landscaping needs on a monthly basis, and possibly even fix my sprinkler system. Pity they never deemed it worth returning my calls about it.

It was great. These guys kill it (not your lawn). They do a great job and they're fast and friendly.

They were supposed to show up between 1:30 and 2PM, but called at 10:30 to arrive an hour later. This is the first time that someone wanted to show up earlier! I told Mike what needed to be done, and they started right to work. They cut the bushes in the back, picked up the weeds, and blew all of the debris. They picked it up and bagged it. Then, they cut the bushes in the front, trimmed the tree, and blew all the debris into the street. They bagged that debris, and cleaned up the street. They were done in less than 2 hours and worked the whole time. They also answered my questions about the yard, and the services that the company provides. I need further work done, and will definitely call them for estimates and, depending on the estimate, have them do the actual work.

Great value for the price. The 2 gentlemen were a little late but they worked hard.

They never scheduled appointment after I contacted them twice. After waiting to hear from them for two weeks, I requested a refund.

I just moved into this house, so the trees/palms/bushes in the backyard were overburden with growth. Mike and Corey trimmed all, blew out the dead leaves on the ground, showed me how the timer works on my sprinkler system, and made my backyard look wonderful. I sat out there this morning enjoying my coffee. They also gave me some ideas for backyard design. I will hire they to maintain my backyard. Great people!

They trimmed all the branches they could safely reach. Cleaned up nicely and hauled away all the debris. More than anything Joe and Mike are punctual and call to keep you informed of arrival time or changes so you are never in doubt. They had to come back to finish because of the length of the job so there was some back and forth on scheduling the return because of the windy conditions a couple of times which was not safe for them to be up in the trees. Great job and clean up. They never stop working.

did an above average job. A little communication error (not language) about what needed to be done. Instead of fixing the sprinkler, they turned it off so that was a bit of an issue. Clean-up was above average but not excellent. Not all the scrubs were trimmed (probably my error), Certainly would have them again Biggest issue was not with the guys who did the work, but scheduling and the "woman" who was scheduling - pretty curt for a business hoping to gain and keep business

Very professional and pleasant workers did an outstanding job weeding, mowing and cleaning up debris in front and back yards.
