went well. the cost of replacement sprinkler heads was much better than I anticipated and they dug to the root of the problem and was much more indepth than I anticipated

Everything went well. They actually showed up a little bit early but they called to make sure that was okay. I decided to have my own gardener repair the leak. He didn't do a great job so I will probably be calling the boys at A-1 to come back and fix the problem.

the guys were great!!! they did all we asked them to do and everything looks great!!

They were very professional yet very personable also. I have a patio area that is difficult to to maintain, and they did a great job of cleaning it up, trimming up the trees. They also did some extra tasks that were beyond their contract. Super guys! The patio looks great now.

The garbage didn't pick up all the bags so they charged $30 to haul it all away which I thought was fair.

It went well although this is not their primary business. Very hard workers and eager to please, would probably use them again.

Joe is very knowledgeable, and professional and works quickly. He is very busy so may run a bit late from time to time, but well worth the wait because he does a great job and makes sure you are satisfied. Stayed late to make sure the system was working fine, had to use flashlights because he stayed into the evening hours to make sure all was correctly done and to make recommendations for future fixes.

They did a great job prepping the ground. Sod appears to be good quality and is taking to the ground nicely. They did a great job cleaning up after. Joe proactively fixed a sprinkler and didn't charge me for it. I would use them again. Only issue was scheduling. First available appointment for sod install was 3 weeks after the quote. They called me a few days before to say there was an issue with the sod availability/delivery and they needed to push me back 2 more weeks. To compensate for the the delay they agreed to install a temporary fence for me at no charge to keep my dogs off the sod (I already had all fencing materials). I was satisfied they did their best to make up the delay to me.

I hired this company because they had done irrigation system work for me and I was very pleased with it. They did general cleanup in the front and back yards, removed some old shrubs and removed weeds from my rock landscaping. They got more done in two and a half hours than I had accomplished in a string of weekends. The longer it went the worse it looked, and it was depressing for me to even look out in the back yard especially. The place looks completely different than it did when they arrived. They even got some extra business out of the deal. As they were leaving my neighbor, who is looking to replace her irrigation system and put in some new shrubs, got an estimate before they left. She plans to call them. As far as I am concerned there is no better company in this city to call about anything regarding your irrigation system, your yard or your landscaping. I will be calling them again for some landscaping ideas.

Started on a deal for installing decorative rock, then paid over for the additional tons of DG. They did a good job and knocked it out fast. He did cancel on me the night before he was supposed to do the initial work - which was annoying. We rescheduled for the following week - which was a much less convenient time for me - but it worked out okay. They were friendly and quick and came back at a moments notice after I had an irrigation pipe leak from the install and did a quick fix. I'd gladly give these guys an A+ if it hadn't been for the last minute push back on the initial date of install- which is a massive pet peeve of mine - so thats' a bummer. Even still, after the install, I'd totally recommend them. They were great.

Joe and his helper Mike did a great job checking our drip system. We thought there was a leek but it was just a faulty head that he changed at no extra cost. He explained everything he was checking and the reason for any adjustments he was making. He also adjusted the timer to the appropriate summer setting. We were so impressed with the service that we have hired them to do monthly yard maintenance for us because the company we have recently been using hadn't been doing a very good job.

It went well. He did what he said he would do for a fair price.

The guy who came (most likely the Owner) was a rude, unprofessional, trashy nut. I don't know who would do business with him!!!!

Complete professionals from start to finish. Locally owned business and it shows. Arrived and got right to work, located and repaired a leak in my dripper system that had caused me to shut the whole irrigation system down. The leak was under the driveway, and I thought that I was going to have to dig up my driveway to repair it. A1 had it fixed in about ten minutes. Very fast and efficient. Had them install drippers on plants on the other side of the driveway where I was having to hand water. Cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely call them again if I have an irrigation problem.

They were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and efficient and caring. They showed up on time with great communication.

Since the company did not respond, I asked Angie's List for a refund which I received. I used A-1 Sprinklers in the past and they were very good, so I don't know what happened and why they never called or messaged me to get the job done. If they can't handle the work, then they shouldn't offer the deal.

Angie list special. Arrived on time took about 15 mins and did a great job.

It was okay. I expected the contractor to do more hands on. I thought it would be a tune-up of the existing sprinkler. That was what I disliked. I didn't think that they did what they should have done. They should have done a tune-up which would be replacement of the sprinkler heads and checks to make sure it's working. The inspection was detailed. I didn't spend more than the "Big Deal."

I think it is actually worse than before they came out. My lawn keeps flooding, and I need to hire someone else to come fix it.

They were very fast and efficient. They found a valve with a bad bladder and replaced it and adjusted some of the sprinkler heads. Te lawn looks better already.

Due to the service being performed at the wrong address, the owner of the company was more then willing to make the situation right. However the security of the company was not very understanding to the situation.

Came out first time and did and assessment. Gave me a price for the work. Returned on time as promised and did the work -- ensured that every plant that needed water received the appropriate amount each cycle.
