Joe showed up at the time scheduled and did a perfect job getting my sprinklers working . He found the problems and did the work quickly.He was and is very polite and friendly. Because of this, he now does my lawn care. I recommend A-1 Sprinklers very highly.

Our lawn died and we decided to replace it with sod, rather than trying to grow it from seed. A-1 Sprinklers advertises it does sod replacement so my husband gave them a call on a Tuesday and left a detailed message on their answering machine that we would like to get an estimate. Someone called the next day and made an appointment for Thursday between 3:00 and 5:00. My husband said that was fine and we would be home all day anyway. The person said they would come earlier if they were able and would call us before they arrived. Thursday afternoon came and went, no one showed up or called. My husband called the next morning and left a message that we would like to reschedule an appointment. No one ever returned our call. A-1 has generally good ratings on Angie's List so they were the first company we called. We are disappointed that they couldn't be bothered to get back to us. I'm giving them a fail rating because that's what they deserve.

They take care of my yard once each week, so it always looks nice and tidy. Besides the good, efficient work, these guys are always friendly and professional.

The work was done perfectly and in talking, I learned that they also do lawn care, so now they care for my lawn, weekly. They are very polite and do excellent work. I recommend A-1 Sprinklers.

This review is in praise of Joe Campsey of A-1 Sprinklers. He has done sprinkler repair and water line repair plus weekly lawn care for me for the last four years. He is very efficient, extremely friendly and honest and always responds quickly when I call. He has my highest respect. I highly recommend him.

Joe and his assistant came on time as promised (called beforehand) and began work right away. Worked straight through the two hours. Were courteous and professional. Good job

Didn't go very well....Everything was planted and installed and promptly paid for without any hiccups. I started having growth issues ,,,,,,,dying and balding especially around outer perameter. Came out once without any resolution , was very polite and professional; however, I was told to wait until a little later in the year to see how the sod progresses. I continually called to request a service call - ran into the book of excuses. I even called at the early part of this year with no success. I have hired someone else to clean up the lawn that looks like it was given a Mohawk Haircut. I will Never use this service again.....this has become a very pricey transaction.

It went well. The offer wasn't clear that sprinkler work wasn't covered. A bit disappointing I had to give time up from the offer to have the sprinkler system fixed however very fast and proficient service besides this hangup.

Called ahead, worked quickly and left area clean when finished. Removed large amounts of pine needles in unrelated patio and gazebo area with extra time- without my even asking! Thank You.

Mostly good. Didn't trim the 3 sago's evenly.

Joe figured out what was wrong with the sprinkler controllers and showed me how to set them. His co-worker cleared out all the sprinkler heads and replaced a leaky pipe. Excellent responsiveness and work done

Trimmed tree from overhanging mine and neighbors homes. Also cleared out dead branches. Left area clean of debris like they were never there.

Crew worked very efficiently and did an excellent job.

The company is only able to trim palm trees up to 25 feet. Anything above that would be a hazard. The service went very well over all, they just weren't able to trim my larger trees.

My landscaper who installed the sprinkler system couldn't figure out how to fix the leakage in the system creating a big puddle that would not go away. Joe at A-1 Sprinklers took one look at it and said "That's easy to fix!" Sure enough he replaced a valve and the leak dried up. The pop up sprayers on the lawn back splashed on my wall and were starting to erode the wall. Joe replaced a few bad ones and also adjusted the water flow so they no longer splashed on my walls. He then looked at the emitters on my 5 year old system and found many to be clogged. He replaced all 129 of them with new more efficient emitters. These new emitter were also much easier to unclog. He then adjusted the Rain Bird automation assuring each zone would get the proper amount of water. Joe has the expertise and knowledge do get the job done. From now on he will be in charge of my sprinkler system, checking in on it once a year to make sure it's in top condition.

We have been here for 10 years had 3 companies before this, many complaints with all 3. then we found A -1 Sprinklers. we have been with them for several months and and can't say enough good about them. they are friendly, trust worthy and do great work.With previous company we had a lot of sprinkler problems and water problems, not so now. W e hope to have many years with A-1 Sprinklers.

Responsive to calls. Polite and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up after the job was complete. I will be calling them when I need sprinkler work done.

Two men came and worked on both front and back yards. They both worked hard for 3 hrs. and they never stopped. They bagged up all the trimmings and put it all on the curb. What a great job. We were very impressed. We will be calling them again.

A1 Sprinklers provided excellent and professional yard maintenance service. A1 called and notified us prior to arrival. Joseph gave us good suggestions for future projects we have been contemplating and is extremely knowledgeable about our irrigation system. Future work was discussed and the prices quoted were very reasonable.

Professional and pleasant to work with.

He replaced several heads and replaced the insides of two of my pop-ups so that they worked correctly. He showed up at the appointed time and spent nearly an hour on property before leaving. Even provided me with a free quote for redesigning my backyard systems, which I intend to have him do when I have the funds.
