 + -1 moreVery happy I went with this company. I'm also glad I didn't have to pack up my computer and bring it to a store site. I will definitely call him again if I have any other needs.
Description of Work: I ended up with a virus on my computer and it would not work properly. I got a quote from geek squad (took much), some other company (shady), and then I called this company. My friend had given me his card a while back and I am so glad I kept it! It took me a minute to remember where I had put it. Shaun was able to come out the same day. He gave me a 30 minute window (not a 2-4 hour window like others), and showed up on time. He did a virus removal on my computer. Now it runs like it should. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I even tipped him because his price was a lot lower than the other companies and was very polite.
