+ 0 moreAfter the initial tear down for analysis of problem, Dave determined that the issue was internal with the radio. He could have had me for a new unit, but determined that he could repair it by replacing the AM receiver portion. Turn around from first contact to finish of job was 1 1/2 days...several days less than expected. This was a wholly satisfactory experience.
Description of Work: Dave responded to my problem of 0 reception on the AM side of my car radio.

+ -1 moreI contacted Dave about a satellite radio. He gave me an estimate over the phone. When I asked where I would have to bring the car and how long it would take, Dave said he'd come to me. WOW! HOUSE CALLS! It doesn't get any easier than that. He had to special order the radio. When he received it he made an appointment to install it. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and did it quickly. There was a problem after the installation. Dave came back and corrected the problem. We've now used the radio for almost a month and really enjoy it.
