24/7 Express Locksmith

This company is a fraud. They misrepresent themselves as locksmiths on their website, but they are a fraud. They say that they have multiple offices on the West Coast, but that is false. I called them to come to my house to unlock a door for us. They charge $15 for travel fee and than $85 for the service fee! It took him seconds to open the lock and he charged me almost $100!!! I told him I did not want to pay that much but he left anyway. I then called him to tell him I felt overcharged. It was the simplest lock on the planet to do. He got snotty and smart with me, so I asked him for his bosses number. I called his boss, and they gave me the same run around. They gave me the number for their "San Diego" office. I called it, and it was the same person!!! It was the same person. They ripped me off for $100, wouldn't give me their names, license information, or anything. All three numbers they have are the same residence. They are all rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
