They went above and beyond. After they gave the quote, there was some additional things we found, and he just did it. He didn't charge us. He was promptly. He went and found the tools to make it work, and just did it. It made a huge difference in the total job. We chose him for his professionalism and his price. The price was not the least expensive, but it was fair. That is why we selected him, and he did everything great. They went above and beyond.

OK. The tile is over twenty years old and had never been sealed. When the hallway was done a 6-inch piece of grout was sucked up in the vacuum. I wish the young man would have told me when that happened right away, instead of my having to mention it when I saw it later after they were finished. I understand how it would have happened, I just wish he had told me right away.

They displayed great customer service skills along with phone and email follow up. The gentleman who did our carpets was professional, courteous and easy to talk to.

Carpeting cleaning was good.

They did well, there were a couple of minor disappointments that I thought would come out better. They were very courteous, on time and did a good job. The deal description included deodorizing, protection and pre-treatment for stain removal and when they got there they said that was a mistake and it shouldn't include that. The owner said he would include that treatment anyway but I think they need to get that miscommunication fixed with this offer.

They did an excellent job on my carpeting. The specialist three rooms for $99 but I only have two rooms with carpeting because I have wood flooring throughout. I asked if they could do two area rugs in Iieu of the third room and they did. Very pleased with the job they did.

All work done impeccably and efficiently in about an hour by a very pleasant young man named Alex. The office lady was also very helpful and nice to deal with when scheduling an appointment and following up. No bait and switch here. It was refreshing to deal with a business that cared about customers.
