Repair specialist Jeremy was awesome. He arrived on time, saw that the problem was a broken spring, replaced both, and was done in a reasonable time.

We had an appointment booked for later this pm, but Ryan contacted us to come much sooner. He looked at our problem, gave us two choices for repair and explained everything to us. Job was finished in about an hour. Friendly, respectful, and efficient. Would recommend him highly.

I liked that the installer gave several options and we chose the ones we were most comfortable with.

They were willing to work with my schedule, and kept me updated on their arrival time. The work was done perfectly to meet the specifications of my HOA, and was done quickly. There were no hidden fees, or surprise add-ons. I would have them out again.

The price I was charged for service matched the quote I was given, not hidden fees, taxes or upsells. Very helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. They did make recommendations for other work I should get done, but stressed it was not high priority and put no pressure on me to do the work. I would ask that they don't not put stickers on my doors and walls, had I not been hovering a bit and watching them work, I would not have caught them to stop them from doing that. It's fine to leave your card behind, but don't put stickers on my door or walls with permission.

Jeremy was prompt, courteous, and professional. Never at any point did I feel I was being manipulated or deceived. He was interested in bidding for another job and because we weren't entirely satisfied with the contractor assigned, he was given the go ahead to do the work and came in under budget. Would definitely recommend 1st Call and Jeremy.
