Terry was easy to work with in scheduling a date and time. His employee was on time, courteous and careful. I was happy with his work. Only suggestion is to be clear upfront on payment. I didn’t discuss this with Terry. Assumed a check or debit card was ok. Upon completion of the job cash or cashless was requested. No big deal as I went the nearest WF. I would still use Persistent again!

I hired EverLast flooring to install flooring and baseboards in my two story house. They did all three (3) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms, living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen, stairs, and upstairs hallway. Everything. They had very reasonable rates (which were in my budget before I, were able to start immediately, were prompt each work day, and even put in extra time to make sure everything turned out the way it was supposed to. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and asked for and followed my directions when there were different approaches that could be taken (e.g., direction of flooring, cut of flooring and baseboard on stairs, etc.). It took several days over all, but they could have finished sooner if I had more availability. It's now been over a month since they finished work and I have to say: they did a great job. I'm very happy with the finished product. In addition to the contracted work, they uncovered water damage around the two (2) upstairs toilets and were able to repair the damage before installing the new floor and new toilets. It cost a little extra to repair the existing damaged flooring, but it was very reasonable and it gave me a lot of peace of mind to know that it was taken care of so that I could just enjoy my new floors. again. I worked with Terry (the lead and coordinator), Joseph, Brian, and Miguelito (installers) and they all did a great job. I'm happy that I finally have new floors within the budget I had set from the beginning.

Terry was great, had flexible availability and was on-time, kind and knowledgable, well-prepared, quick, and did a great job. I would 100% recommend Terry for any job.

Hired Everlast to install carpet in 2 rooms. 1st Came out to measure the rooms. Got the right amount of carpet before coming back to execute the job. Worked with Terry, he was professional and accommodated my 2 rooms with closets. Would recommend for carpet install and would hire again.

Removed old beat up tile , installed Laminate in the kitchen and bathrooms looks great . I am pleased with the outcome of the job tile had gave prior contractors that I had hired a hard time they bailed on the job 🤦♂️..I hired Everlast and everlast guys came and took over well they had the proper tools to remove tile , thank you for saving the project …….

Guys are super awesome , i wanted to transform all the rooms in my house from carpet to waterproof planks and it came out great really came out better then I expected , definitely satisfied took them about 9 hours definitely worth the wait !!!! They are going to To do my baseboard next week 👏🏻☺️

The team did an exceptional job at a very competitive rate. Terry followed up every day and well after the services were performed. I had a handful of concerns which were immediately addressed and corrected. The work required a huge amount of labor, moving furniture and custom modifications to address previous flaws in my walls and floors. The team adapted and addressed all of my concerns without hesitation. I would hire the team again and will use them as soon as I purchase a new home.

We asked for the following quote: De-install of carpet/pad. Clean subfloor and level, if needed. Install 140 sqft luxury vinyl. No baseboard de-install/install. Room is ready for demo now (I actually removed the carpet, pad, tack strips, glue, baseboards and all nails). Everlast Flooring came back with the lowest quote, by $150. When the boys came, the 1st thing I asked them was if the floor needed to be leveled and if the screws needed to be screwed down below the wood surface. They said no, should be fine and the tiles should lay flat. The install itself went fine. They even worked some 'magic' in the closet, as the pro desk we bought the tile from gave us just enough material, not taking 10% into consideration. We barely had enough. Trouble came when we bought and cut the baseboards to length and laid them down. We noticed right away that the floor was not level. Parts of the floor was so low, even when pushing the baseboards down, I could almost put my finger under some areas. When walking the floor, we also noticed that there were highs and lows in the floor, making the tile move and crack and pop as we walked on it, especially where the tongue and groove came together. There were some tiles that were level with the floor on their ends, but the middle of the same tile was raised above the floor line. Those were the spots that made the most noise cracking and popping when walked on. When I brought this to Everlast's attention, they kept reiterating that they were hired for the vinyl floor installation only and any subfloor work would have been extra, up to $700 more. $700 for screwing the screws below the surface of the wood and belt sanding? Especially when the next highest written quote included it, and more, for $150 more? We would have gladly paid the extra if we had been told it needed it. But, no matter how many times I reminded them of me asking about the floor before the work was initiated, and saying I trusted them, as professionals, to let me know if extra work was needed (not to mention it was spelled out specifically when asking for quotes), they stuck to that. They tried to say it was the new baseboards, then the floor would not lock if the screws were not ok, then it was the original builder?s of the home fault, and a myriad of other excuses to dodge them not addressing the floor, or at least tell me that the floor needed to be leveled (at no time was a leveler even used to check the level of the floor). After some going back and forth, and me saying I would handle leveling the floor if they would de-install/re-install the tile, they acquiesced? with a 6 wk timeframe! When they thought we would pay the extra $700, they could put us on a schedule that made sense, but when they agree to the redo, to fix their misstep, then it was 6 wks. There is no one who will de-install/re-install the vinyl and level the floor for the $150 difference. I feel terrible that I did not go with the other company, just to save $150. And the fact they would have done everything quoted, makes it so much worse. Family was coming the 1st week of March, but we had to get them a hotel room, as 2 rooms will be down (the room where the floor was to be laid and the loft, where everything from that room is temporarily stored. I do not recommend this company for any flooring jobs, at all, whatsoever. Wish I could post pictures. Be warned. **** I will update this review after floor is successfully reinstalled ****

It went great, guys were awesome job came out just how I imagined even better gave a whole new look to my house . Stairs tack strip was super old and beat up guys replaced them , would definitely get again looking forward to get my kitchen floor done with them soon.
