pool cleaners
+ -1 moreVery unreliable. Didn't communicate well and had to be "chased down". After seeing their work, couldn't recommend their services. Very frustrating experience. Definitely, not worth the time invested or money.
Description of Work: A neighbor who has been using this service for weekly maintenance recommended this company to me for draining pool, bead blasting tile, acid wash and sealing tile. The owner stopped by one afternoon (we had not contacted him), looked at the pool, gave an estimate and scheduled a time for work to be completed. The weather delayed the work for 2 weeks (windy). The work was finally completed and looked good at first. Several tiles were removed from the pool walls during bead blasting and there is pitting in several areas where the acid wash was done. We contacted the owner with problems with our chlorine feeder and in-floor cleaning system that weren't working properly after this service. He finally arrived (after numerous calls) looked at both devices; didn't seem to know exactly what to do and said he'd have to get parts and come back in one week. We weren't confident with his knowledge. Went to Paddock the next day; got directions and parts; repaired ourselves.

+ -1 moreUnited Pool Service did a good job cleaning my pool. He comes to clean when he was suppose to and does his job. I really don't know much about him. I have been using him for only the last two weeks and he has done a good job up to this point. He actually bought this company from the guy that I had used before.
Description of Work: They cleaned my pool. I have a 15 x 30 foot pool.
