+ -1 moreThe owner, Dale Smith, always found time to personally answer any questions we had. He is an extraordinarily gifted Architect and personable individual. It was a pleasure to work with him and the work they did and help and professional guidance they provided was well worth the price. We have one of the most beautiful/functional homes in town. I smile every day about something about this house even little things; such as light switches that simply fall to hand and remember Dale, as part of his tremendous attention to detail, "as he walked us through our entire day" on the house plans, as they were drawing them up laying out each plug, fixture, and switch position. Smith Design Group came in on time, on budget, and far exceeded our expectations-they are great!
Description of Work: Smith Design Group designed our home. They talked with my wife and I extensively about our living habits and what we wanted in a home, visited the site numerous times in order to design our home to take maximum advantage of the view, the existing, nature features, maximize the solar potential, and to ensure that our home fit into the surroundings. They drew up a complete set of plans and specifications (the inspector commented they were the best most complete set of plans he had ever seen), accommodated our few last minute changes, and stayed in constant contact and guided the entire project from start to finish.
