+ -1 morePaul called me back and set an appointment to go over the job site, he brought another contractor with him. They looked over the job and would get back with a plan and a budget. About a week later he gave me a ballpark figure of $182,000.00. I then asked if they could break it down into specifics, (kitchen, bath, flooring, etc...) because we might not do all of it at once. Several phone calls and emails but not one returned. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I believe he is/was a real estate agent and not a real contractor that has ever swung a hammer, BEWARE!!! His website was nice and it looked as if this was the kind of work that he does but after talking with him it was clear that he really has no idea of how to do this work which was why he brought a REAL contractor with him. I guess we dodged a bullet and that I should be thankful for, but a complete waste of time!! This job could have been halfway finished by now, but now it is looking as if it will be next year. Totally dissatisfied.
Description of Work: Extensive remodel, Kitchen and dining room expansion, roofing, two bathrooms, hardwood flooring, river rock on fireplace, handrails, etc...

+ -1 morePaul came up with an approach to add ventilation to the attic that was simpler and cheaper than anyone else had come up with and found the best buy for the insulation. All work was done in a timely and professional manner, including working around other work being done.
Description of Work: Corrected lack of ventilation in an attic, corrected misaligned vent pipers, and installed new insulation.
