Description of Work: An agent listed my home. The agent was great but, when they were upset they wrote me an email informing me they were bringing bolt cutters to the listed home, at night; I was at home in Florida! |Months later when I was with a different agent -same agency- the former agent appeared at new agents office angry about a piece of mail they received on my behalf because an address change was not entered by a utility company. |Both of these responses seemed super substandard and brought the quality down considerably.
