+ -1 moreYes, second and third time when our alarm goes off accidentally, instead of calling both my cell phone and my husband's, they call the police and we get a charge from them. Their excuse is they called the home number and no answer justified calling the police, although we have given them specific instructions to not have the police sent unless they first try out cell phones. What happens is, is goes off, we are driving away and not at home, call the home, no answer and bam, call the police. Maybe there is something up between the city and the company? Or the company can't get their phone number's for call back straight!.
Description of Work: Called the police prior to calling the phone numbers provided on the provider list (not too difficult a home line and two cell number's. Can't remember the dates accurately but over the last year or two at least three times.
