Description of Work: Came to give a quote for repair of Kool Deck. My repair was too minor for them to take care of. The service person was very professional and gave excellent tips on care of a few other issues in my pool area as well as commenting on what must be accomplished on my repair to prevent a reoccurrence of my current problem.

Description of Work: Acually last May (2013) I had my pool revamped by BND Plaster and Ultimate Concrete provided the cool deck replacement and expansion. Recently I had noted some rust protruding through the cool deck near the spa. I called Ultimate, my called was returned quickly and sooner than expected a repair person arrived to remedy the situation. The initial work (last year) and then the repair were performed flawlessly....beautiful job. If I could just remember names it would make this review complete.

Description of Work: Resurfaced pool deck. Missed a spot by the jacuzzi, came out and fixed that. Good job at removing old surface but applying new surface there seems to be several places of over spill. Not a big deal but not an A either.
