THE FAN MAN offers the following services: Intall new ceiling fans. Clean, repair and service (including balanceing fan blades, replacing burned out lights, coating fixtures with solutions to reduce dust and dirt collecting). We can also clean heating and cooling vents, clean ceiling light fixtures, replace return air filtures located in the ceiling, check and replace batteries in smoke detectors. We can upgrade appearence of existing ceiling fans by adding new blades, bases, light fixtures and pull chain hardware.
