The Duct Man of Nevada

He was fabulous!! He spent almost an hour making sure my vent was perfectly clean. He the took apart my dryer to discover more problems and even patched up a hole.

John is a treasure!! I was getting a huge amount of dust in my house (more than normal). I did my homework before hiring someone. Based on reviews, I had The Duct Man of Nevada out. John was at my house for approximately 9 hours cleaning and sealing duct work, cleaning out dryer vent and cleaning HVAC unit. He did a wonderful job and I can really tell the difference in the amount of dust (that is not) accumulating in my home.

So glad I called. Dryer vent was clogged, now it's great!

John was excellent, very professional and very complete in his work. He took 8 hours to completely clean all of our air registers, all duct work, and most importantly the HVAC in the ceiling. He also sprayed a sealant mist throughout the duct work to seal any cracks. He used several large vacuums, with HEPA filters, to suck out the dust as he worked in my house. He removed and cleaned each air register and ran an air spider to knock loose any dust and dirt in the duct work. He had the HEPA vacuum connected all the time. The biggest job was in the ceiling. John took off the top cover and cleaned both the A/C and Heater sections of the HVAC. The HEPA vacuum was constantly sucking any dust or dirt dislodged. It was a messy and hard job but he cleaned the unit very well using a brush and blower tip. John also repaired for free damage done to my duct work by an A/C plumbing company when they installed a whole house air cleaner. The flexible duct was torn and allowing the fiberglass insulation to be sucked into my duct system and into my house. I observed John working in the ceiling and throughout my house. He was constantly moving and cleaning and explained everything he did. He also cleaned my heater duct work for free. He was the only one we contacted who even mentioned they cleaned the HVAC unit. The other vendors only mentioned cleaning the air registers and ducts and not the HVAC unit. The HVAC unit is very important because it is where a lot of dust gets trapped on the A/C coils for years and impact the air quality of the house.

He was very professional and personable. The service took less than an hour. It included cleaning the dryer vent pie, the inside of the dryer hose and the dryer intake. He also replaced the dryer hose (included). He vacuumed the vent pipe and cleaned to with air from both the bottom in the laundry room and from the roof. He did a great job cleaning up.

I am extremely pleased with the entire two-day experience. The Duct Man was wonderful. And boy did he clean the house when he was through. It looked better after he left than when he arrived. I would recommend him to anyone.

Very thorough. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. Did more than what I expected in terms of cleaning the vent and air duct. And he's a super nice man!

John Frey is a true professional. He takes pride in his work. He is a one man show and is meticulous in his work. John gave pointers to maintain the system and make it work more efficiently. He fixed small things at no extra charge. He inspected the air handling system and noted what needs to be done when. John is the best.

Yesterday, 18 March 2014, John Frey, The Duct Man of Nevada, spent the day cleaning my HVAC ducts. I watched him work the entire eight hours. I have never seen any service company work so well. Very thorough and very professional. It was easy to clean up after John's work. He only left paint chips below each overhead air vent. The chips came from removing and installing the vent louvered covers. Now, the day after, knowing my furnace, AC evaporator, ducts and dryer vent are all clean, I seem to be cleaning my house like never before. Vacuumed everywhere a few times, then mopped tile floors two times. Only tile floors throughout the house. I have no scientific proof but I really believe my home air is cleaner than ever before. He landed three jobs while working at my home. Neighbors saw his truck and equipment in my driveway and open garage. They saw what he was doing and signed up for duct cleaning. I called him and he came on time and cleaned my dryer vent. He also repaired my exterior hood flap.He was very nice, efficient and affordable.

Showed up on time, cleaned the dryer duct that was vented through the laundry room and garage to the outside. Replaced the dryer hookups and said good to go for the next 2 years. Definately would recommend.

It was a very simple process to disconnect the dryer vent hose, set up a vacuum + high pressure hose brush to remove the lint build up along the length of the vent pipe, all the way up vent opening on the roof of the house. Total time spent on this job was about one hour.

It went great. He was on time and did a fantastic job. He cleaned the vent from my dryer to the roof. He found a lot of lint in the roof vent screen which he said was not needed and could have started a fire. He cleaned my dryer lint everywhere inside. I was extremely pleased.

Showed up as agreed and went right to work. Job took 3 days.Extremely thorough. He is actually a fanatic about clean and neat. Very organized. Up to date equipment. Great guy.

John, The Duct Man, was slightly late, but he made sure to call to let me know. He assessed the situation and location of my dryer vents, and did a thorough and efficient cleaning of them. My dryer worked like new after.

He came and did a great job for us, and we have referred him to a lot of people because he was so good. He took the vent apart and went on the roof and then brought in a big machine and sucked out what was stuck in the dryer vent. We will continue to use his services in the future for cleaning our dryer vents.

He was very good. He was very, very thorough and very, very good. It was a very good service. I have told my friends about him. He was very personable and very friendly. He gave me a little card to put on the side of my dryer, which was nice. His name was John Frey. The price was very fair for the time he spent. I was very impressed and I would hire him again. He was excellent. I called him again about a problem I had with the air conditioning but he was in Hawaii; otherwise I would have used him again.
