We bought a spa from Sunset Spas. After a huge headache with the laying of the base, the spa was delivered. The spa was laid on the gravel, but was not level, and has never been level. It is not really a problem and not noticeable. Their customer support is not great. Parts are expensive and not covered under warranty. Their prices were great, but now I know why. We still enjoy the spa, though.
Description of Work: We ordered a spa from Sunset Spa. They recommended someone to lay pea gravel and create a pad for the spa. That experience was a nightmare, but that is another story.

The spa is beautiful, but small enough to give us room on our patio. The crew took approximately, five and a half hours to finish. They were well organized, well behaved and made sure there was no mess for us to deal with, after they left. They also went through several different tests, and called us after a few weeks to see if it was operating properly. We use the spa quite frequently, and are very happy with it.
Description of Work: Sunset Spas installed our Catalina, five seat, above the ground spa, and connected the power to the main circuit breaker.
