He resolved our problem, but they lost our order so they didn't show up when they were supposed to. I had to call them and the plumber hadn't gotten their message to come out. Other than that, I was very happy with their completed work.

They replaced the shower valve assembly had to change out all the fitting and some copper pipe. installed a complete shower set including the bathtub faucet, that they had to come back and finish when the tile was installed. They came back finished the job promptly. cleaned up, they were very professional and informative explaining why the valve was leaking. They did a beautiful job would hire them for any service that they perform.

Casey and his assistant Sterling were the most professional plumbers we have ever encountered. They were efficient and accurate in diagnosing our problem and making a fast repair. They also diagnosed the problem in the water line going to our refrigerator. The service we received for the price we paid was above and beyond our expectations. We are already lining up additional jobs for Sunrise Service in the future.

These guys are the bomb! Total pros. Total satisfaction. Best plumbers I've ever hired during 30+ years of home ownership.

When scheduling the appointment, I stated specifically the make and model of the filter to be installed, anticipating that the plumber would be properly equipped to perform the installation within the reasonable period of time. When the plumber arrived, he suggested a metal 'splitter' to be used rather than the plastic one that came with the filter assembly. I agreed, after however he stated he didn't have one and would have to shop for one then return the next day When he returned, he stated he couldn't find one so we had to use the original. So, the second day was wasted, which I had to pay for additional to my payment to Angie's List. Although I stated in the above I would use this vendor again, it would only be after more carefully shopping others first.

They sent someone out and didn’t do a good job so I called and he sent someone else and they said no it was good and that this is how it works. It wasn’t done to my satisfaction and the toilet still doesn’t flush properly. I don’t feel I got my money’s worth.

Casey came out right on time and got to work on the replacing gasket. Come to find out the fill and flush parts needed to be replaced also, because they had dried out and cracked (I hadn't used the toilet in awhile. Unexpected, but the work needed to be done in order to fulfill the FHA loan requirements. I didn't find the cost too bad, considering. Casey was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and I highly recommend.

Excellent. Sunrise came the day after I called them. After explaining to Sunrise the situation in Clark County, where rental properties need contracted plumbers to apply for a work permit (because somehow landlords are incapable of doing this, yet you can do receive a permit on your own for your own property), Sunrise stepped up big time to help. Minimal service fee charged to review the water heater installation and they applied immediately for the water heater permit. Gave me some tips as well about how to keep the water heater clean. Very friendly, very responsive, down to earth people. They have become my go to Plumbers for the future.

Very good communication from company on date and time of service. Received calls confirming arrival 45 minutes in advance. The service technician, Todd, was a first class professional. He represented the company well, used booties to enter the house and worked effectively and efficiently. His evaluation of the job and his ability to explain what was needed and how the fix would be done was outstanding. He showed pricing of the work to be done clearly and there were no changes, surprises or upselling. It took two trips to complete the work as a specialty part needed to be ordered to do the outside repair. As far as the end result, I couldn't be more pleased. Todd even attached insulation to a new fixture without be asked and at no additional cost. Extremely positive experience. I purchased a coupon for $79 for $200 worth of services. First trip was $255 worth of work, second was $140. So my total expense was $274 (79+55+140). A very reasonable and fair price for the work done. Do not hesitate to use.

Todd did a great job and was very professional and courteous. He knew what he was doing and that was reassuring!

Initially the price for this job was going to be $131 which I thought was too high for this type of job so the technician brought it down to $104. I told him that this is just to change the flapper inside my toilet and that I could call the plumber I usually use and he would just charge $99 for 4 hours of plumbing service. After telling the technician this he said he'll just charge me $99. When he was leaving I ran after him and told him that I don't want him to do the service since it's still a bit pricey. I didn't expect to pay this much money or else I would just hire my plumber but since this is what Angie's List recommended I wanted to try him out. We ended up coming to an agreement to just pay $65 for the service separate from a $20 credit deal I got through Angie's List. I also mentioned the deal purchase I made with Angie's List which was $20 credit towards repairs for a plumbing service call and the technician said that I don't have to get a good deal with Angie's List which I thought was bad comment on his part. I said I'm a member for a reason and that's to get good deals with service providers. Angie's List always sends me professionals to do work for me but this was my first negative experience with the services due to pricing issues.

Kitchen sink was starting to back up, so they ran a snake thorough the outside drain and they were able to remove the clog.

Originally I planned to replace the faucet in the backyard. The guy who showed up was very knowledgeable and knew what he is doing. Everything was done very fast and professional. Because of this circumstance I showed him the faucet in the garage that did not work either. He right away replaced it, too. I can recommend them.

I called around 4pm and explained the issue. They said they could come today or tomorrow, whichever I needed. I asked if they could come tomorrow and they gave a window I think between 10 and 12. Todd T. the plumber called at 9:30 saying he would be there at 10. He showed up on time, fixed the problem, and was very professional. When I asked If he could look at a second toilet that we were using since the first toilet was broken and had slow flushing issue, he did. Found an old plumbing piece stuck in between were the water flows. Didn't charge us for that. Fast and professional from call to resolution! Highly recommend and would use them again!

I contacted Sunrise early Feb. 2 to find out when/if Casey would be available. It was explained there would be some time that afternoon but the rest of the week was very busy. That was great because I wanted the work to be done as soon as possible. Casey showed up at the appointed time; performed the plumbing; and the job was done—fast and professional. He gave suggestions to other plumbing questions I had and he never pressured for an immediate response. I recommended Sunrise Svc. to family and neighbors since my first call to them last November and look forward to working with them in the future.

Todd called prior to coming to house, was within the time frame window promised. Courteous, professional, explained what he was going to do, performed tasks quickly, cleaned up after himself. Did not try to up sell me on expensive services. Could not have been more pleased. Will definitely use Sunrise Service Inc. again if the need arises. 5 Stars and Two Thumbs Up!

A little background; part of the ceiling in our garage fell onto the floor. It was obvious that it did so because of water damage. Directly above the fallen area is one of our bathrooms. On the scheduled day Todd, our repair/technician, called ahead to let us know he was enroute and with an ETA. He arrived on time. He was polite and courteous and congenial. He inspected our main concern, found the problem and advised us as to appropriate remedies and the costs to us. The repair effort was completed smoothly and quickly. It is now all most a week later and the repair is working, no problems. This is one of the most informative, pleasant and efficient repair service we have ever experienced. We believe the price is fair. Good company.

Todd arrived on time and was the perfect professional. Determined the problem with the toilet was due to the tree roots which grew into the drain. He removed the roots and replaced the toilet very quickly. He took great care to remove all of the remnants of the old toilet, which was a chore due to the adhesive the previous owners used to seal the toilet to the floor. The bathroom was cleaner when he left than it was when he got there. Todd was polite and professional the entire time working on the job. I recommend 100%

Excellent and prompt service. Casey is knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain a lot of plumbing things to me and made me feel well taken care of. He was never pushy with insisting I get any work done, even though they needed to be done. For example, the hot water tank anode really needed to be replaced (it was completely corroded) and the T&P relief valve was broken (safety issue), but he didn't push me to do so when we weren't sure if we should replace the parts, or the entire hot water tank. We ended up replacing the parts to give us time to evaluate our hot water tank needs. I also received a 30 minute heads-up phone call before he arrived, a service I always appreciate, but don't always get from all providers I deal with.

I probably could have done it myself but I'm certain it would have taken at least 3 trips to the hardware store for parts. The work was squeaky clean, took about 30 minutes start to finish. Plumber arrived on time.

They were excellent, timely and very helpful! Extremely congenial and not pushy. Very trustworthy. Very professional.
