 + -1 moreWe had no complaints, the air condition worked beautifully over the years, we had no problems. For several years it was great. They would call and say "we need to come out". I'd say "Oh good, can you come this week"? They say yes and what day do you want us to come. I mean that's how it was and they slowly stopped. I don't know what went on.

 + -1 moreIt went the best any one would ever expect. and this is the truth great service and great deal for the work he did. And the offer they provided . I have friends that paid over 200.00 plus for the same work and we got it on Angie's list for much much less. Thank You both Party's.
Description of Work: In stall a new faucet for kitchen. The old was leaking and real badly rusted under the sink the connections. But the installer was superb! And he was a true honest guy and infact did not even have to ask him to wear booty's to prevent bring in dirt to the house. He had them on when he got to the door. Never had such good service and friendly guy. Todd T is a asset to Sunrise Services because its hard to find a trust worthy company and as well a trustworthy employee. Both combined I now call no one else fro service. Air Con, Heating, Plumbing . This is a good Company building a great follow. Diamond Service !

 + -1 moreThey were professional and got the work done. The plumber did good work I don?t think the replacement stopper was the best quality I had some problems with it after and you have to mess with it a lot to get it to close completely.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $29 Plumbing Service Call Plus Credit Toward Repairs. I had them repair a clogged drain, replace the drain stopper, and fix a small leak.

 + -1 moreThe estimate went up. Perhaps they may say it was more complicated but another company did repair for about the same as the original estimate. I had to call them, they did not call me timely. I felt the other company they called to find the leak was overpriced, saying it would be applied to total of repair.

 + 0 moreAmazingly well...we saw the water heater was leaking on Thursday and ordered the service and Todd came out the next day. He had a compatible water heater on the truck and installed it for us in 2 hours. I was impressed with his expertise and advice. He even took the old one away. Will use them again. Would give better than A rating if I could.

 + -1 moreThe work was done in under 2 hours to the tune of $513.00. We are very dissatisfied with the cost. We will not hire them again even though the technician, Brian, did a very good job. I think this is an excessive amount of money for the time spent. Even if we included the time to drive to our house, it still would have been 2 hours. He arrived at 8:40 and left at about 10:15!
Description of Work: Sunrise came back a second time to replace a Moen spool (they provided the part) and also replaced a Grohe hose and Quick Disconnect in the kitchen, which we provided.

 + -1 moreIt went pretty well. The secondary faucet in my kitchen is kind of loose. They faucet in the bathroom is also kind of loose. It doesn't seem to be Sunrise's fault, though. I'm going to have them come out and repair those faucets for me again.

Description of Work: Brian just finished a number of small issues. Boy did he do a great job! He did find 2 problems that need further fixing. He said he needs to do some further research. With the small issues that were fixed, he explained everything he did and showed us where each problem was. Brian also gave us alternatives for a more economical fix.

The toilet had to be rebuilt with all new mechanics and seals. No leak in the MB sink was found. I was completely satisfied with the results and would recommend both Sunrise Services and Brian.

This was for an service call, and then there was an $30.00 credit, and the labor and parts. It came out for less than it would have cost with the credit. I had to get the parts, and they came back, and helped me out also. They came back the next day, and the plumber did what was needed.Yes, I would use them again.

I like them. They do a great job. This time, what we needed they weren't able to provide because we would have to open the walls to make it work and I wasn't willing to do that.
