I had used this company before and they are easy to work with I had barely finished the Angie's List purchase and they called to schedule the repair.

Description of Work: I've had a water softener that hasn't worked right for years. The visits by the warranty company would fix the issue for a couple days, then it would go back to not working again.

+ -1 moreThey came out to unplug a toilet and then we asked them to look at leak in the shower. The shower is still leaking and when we turned on the shower, it didn't work. They did come out on a Saturday to make the shower work, but it should've been done right the first time.

I felt the cost of installing was a bit high, even with the discount, & we supplied all the parts The good news is the plumber did a good job, the bath/shower fixtures look good & clean. The plumber did clean up after, which was great, the caulking was done very nicely.

+ -1 moreExcellent, However the add said $79.00 dollars with a $200.00 credit toward labor. That is what the charge that went right to labor cost to replace one faucet on the kitchen sink. I supplied all materials. Kind of high cost for 1 hours labour. I had to pay an additional $55.00 to replace the strainer in the same kitchen sink.

+ -1 moreFor a trip out, $75 is primarily what it is. We don’t have any problem with them. We have been using them for 20 years.
Description of Work: They came to check on the heat. We purchased the house new and they were the ones who had originally put the system in. They have a little club that you belong to that cost a little over $100 a year. They come out twice a year before you turn on the air and before you turn on the heat to make sure that everything is okay. If something is wrong, they will fix it. If you join the club, you can be first on the list as far if you need any work, warranty of course comes first, but they will come out to your house. We’ve had them come when it was really hot and we needed air.

+ -1 moreThey ended up charging me a lot more. They over charge for what they do. They clean up well. They charge $480 for at toilet and I went out and bought one for $90 and had a plumber put it in. All they did was give me advise. They did the same thing we had done, and then said you need a new toilet.

Description of Work: I purchased a $29 deal for $100 credit towards plumbing services. I needed 4 bathroom sink faucets replaced. I had already purchased the same faucets to be replaced, so all they had to do was replace the faucet. Their plumbing person Michael was pleasant answered my questions and then gave me a quote of $584. I told him I considered that high due to Angie's deal. He then quoted $356 including a 5% discount for using Angie's List. I told him I would get back to him. I called around and Sunrise was almost $100 more than if I called any plumber in town to replace 4 faucets, and didn't use an Angie's List deal. I have contacted Angie's List for a refund, which they have done. I am a long time Angie's List member and even though it sounds like a deal, sometimes it pays to do a little research before a purchase. This is no complaint about their work or their customer service, just the price.

+ -1 moreThey give us good service so we can’t complain. We have a service contract with them. Sometime they forget to call to remind us. Sometimes they will show up late. They said that this year they will do better and they started off excellent. My concern is the quality and the accuracy of the work. To me you pay for what you get, we pay them good money so I expect good service. I’m not asking them to do free it for free. Therefore it should be at my convenience. When you say you are going to do something I expect you to follow through. I am going to give them this transition. For the last coupled of years I won't say they are my favorite people.
