Description of Work: One of the jobs performed included replacing shower valve handles. The work was completed without asking about handle configuration and they are of inappropriate design for a senior citizen's limited gripping power (should have been handles, not ribbed knobs).

Description of Work: Replaced leaking shower valve. Took only a few minutes. Charged another $47 over the $200 Angie's list deal I had purchased. Said it would have normally been a $500 job. Hard to believe... even on an hourly basis. But, it was fixed and that was the goal.

Thank you for the review of our services. I'm not entirely sure why my guy would have given the impression that this is normally a $500 job. He was a little new to our team but has had his share of outstanding reviews since. It was a shower cartridge we had replaced and the $200 big deal purchased only covers labor and the $47 charge was just for parts. I apologize for any misunderstanding on what the price would have been. All of our guys have a very outlined price book and are paid on an hourly basis to prevent any overcharging. The parts were all you paid for in this service so the end pricing was correct, unsure why we would have made impression of should have been more. Description of Work: They had to replace pipes and the faucet. It turned out to be more than what we thought to be an annoying slow drip. We had to buy the faucet, then pay for the labor. It's still good to have it fixed.

Description of Work: Came out on the $79.00 for $200.00 service plan. Gave consultation. Discussed potential problems relating to hot water heater. Provided an estimate for the replacement of two toilets with upgraded toilets. I felt like the original $79.00 for two hundred got swallowed up somewhere. As that equated to $965.00 for two toilets and what I was told was a free consultation. I'd use them again though. Both gentlemen were professional and competent.

Description of Work: I needed an outside "ball valve" replaced. I could not turn off the water to my pool's automatic fill-system. I contacted Sunrise Service Inc. The next day, Casey arrived, on time and replaced the part. I used an "Angie coupon" and saved a bunch of money. Was very pleased with the professional service and would use them in the future.
