Thank you for the opportunity to service your plumbing. You had purchased a deal that included a service call and a credit towards some repairs. Unfortunately your water conditioner was in bad shape and we strongly recommended not installing a product that would damage your home. We did however show up for that deal and provide you the information and diagnostic included in that deal. If we would have just blindly installed your unit and charged you, you could have potentially paid more for plumbing and have created a possible water damage situation in the process.
