Description of Work: I have a yearly contract. Sunrise comes to my home twice a year. In winter they service my heating unit and in summer they service my air conditioner and swamp cooler. I have had a contract with them for over 5 years and have been very satisfied.

Always on time and they provide a discount for repair services when you sign up for their bi annual maintenance plan. They always communicate with the customer and are willing to explain and demonstrate when something goes wrong and exactly why it needs to be replaced.
Description of Work: Sunrise service performs bi annual preventive maintenance on our HVAC system. Replaced ground mounted compressor and radiator on seperate occasions. Replaced gas furnace ignitor. Provided work after hours on Saturday on one occasion.

 + -1 moreHe must of changed 100 coils during the summer by himself. They were very honest and told me that this was what they do all day long and do it non-stop. They were right in their evaluation and completed everything I asked of them. They also put more frion back in the line. (1.4 lbs.) All of that was included for just $225. They were aware of everything. They told me that the coils the original company had installed were not meant for homes in Las Vegas.
Description of Work: I was having issues with my A/C unit, in which it was leaking. There was an issue with the evaporation coils that were not meant for homes in Las Vegas. I had another company come out who managed to stop the leak by adding frion to my unit. That company told me hat I would have to contact the original provider who installed the unit because leaks are usually covered only under warranty. I contacted that company and they gave me an outrageous estimate for the job that should of been done the right way to begin with. I then contacted Sunrise Mechanical and they gave me a great price and got it fixed.

 + -1 moreChose this company because of their rating with Angie's List and the fact they had installed my A/C and heating system last year. They performed a comprehensive pre summer check up of my A/C system. Technician was polite and professional and easy to understand.
Description of Work: I initially chose this company because they had installed my A/C and heating in my new house a year ago and they had an A rating on Angie's List. Performed spring check up on air conditioning system as part of an annual program I purchased. The technician was thorough in checking the thermostat and all air conditioner components. They will come back in the fall to perform a service check on my heating system. The technician was polite and professional, explaining what he would be doing to check the system. Overall, very satisfied with the cost and manner in which the work was performed.

 + -1 moreI have a contract with them. They come out twice a year to check my heater in the winter and air conditioner in the summer. I pay them in advance. They are very polite and they do the job. They do not make any dirt which is very nice. They are fine. I think that their price is a little high. I am very satisfied with them right now and I have no complaints. The only reason for change would be if I could not afford them.

 + -1 moreThey were very good. They identified the problem very quickly and also took care of it very quickly. We had to write a cheque, but they called back a couple of days later to inform us that they would have to return the cheque, as we had a warranty. They were honest and the fellow that came out was very pleasant too. It is always hard to work with them in the time frame that they give you because you never know as to how long it would take for them to complete the previous job. However, they gave us a window and if they were going to be outside the window then they could have given us a call, but other than that everything else about them was very good.

 + -1 moreI have traditionally done most of the repairs at our house, and I should have done this one as well. The technician was quick about responding and did the repairs I asked him to do. But the price was extremely high for the work. It only took ten minutes, the part costs fifty dollars, but the bill was over two hundred. I will never call them for repairs again.

 + -1 moreSunrise Air Systems showed up the very next day to do the repair on my unit. The only reason why they didn't come that day is because it was 4:30 paw. And it was towards the end of their day. I have not had any problems since the repair. The only thing that I had to pay for was the cost of the compressor as they didn't charge me for any labor because the rest was covered under warranty.
Description of Work: They replaced the compressor in our air conditioning unit; it was not cooling.

I had another company come to my home first and they tried to get me to replace our whole system and they were going to charge me $7000. I decided to get a second opinion and I was glad that I did. I was very happy to only be charged the $69.

They come every six months; they service our air conditioner in the spring and the heating system in the fall. They keep our system running efficiently and there has never been any problem with their repair service people. The company is professional; we will continue to use them for all our heating and air conditioning needs.
Description of Work: Sunrise Air Conditioning was out in the fall to do the cleaning and a maintenance check of our system. They check the belts, the oil, the gas, the motors and all mechanical devices to ensure they are running properly.
